Q: i can't describe these annoyances that i experience daily so i'm just going to give examples of what happen
*yesterday my mom came out of the bathroom and the door closed behind her but i could only here that it hit the door frame and didn't like lock all the way so i'm sitting there holding myself against the couch until i couldn't stand it any more i had to go and pull it shut
* my brother asked for some gum (it was orbit) so they have rows of gum right? well i was having the hardest time deciding which piece to give him.. i just closed my eyes and grabbed one and it happened to be on the back row... well after i handed it to him i had to take the last one from the front row and fill in the missing space in the back ?????????????
* other weird stuff is like i'll be sittin gher and just HAVE to say a certain word or pronounce a certain letter.. just with my tongue like L or the R sound, not out loud just with my tongue and in my head
how strange is this? i've noticed stupid stuff like this before but now its like everyyy day!! it's so annoying! are these signs of ocd? i feel like some freak. : / please help, and if you do think its ocd.. where do i go from there? how do i like break this habit? even while i was writing this i had to delete certain letters and retype them just cuz i had to i didn't make a mistake i just wouldn't feel right if i didn't do it. : / ugh this is so stupid and frustrating but i don't want it to get worse please help!!

I've never tried Chi, but I do know Conair has a black one (I have this and it works. Well.) that has a 60 second heat-up with 25 turbo power, and you can adjust the power. I found mine at CVS for $25.00

This is discharge. I have it the day I end my period. It's really not that big of a deal. If it continues for a while, (I'm talking more than a month) contact your physician.

It depends on your blood flow. Like if your heavy, (although blood stops in water), I wouldn't. For sure. I'm not really sure that you want to put a napkin in your wet suit, because it would dissolve or tear or shred. But, even though it would move around a little bit, you could try a CareFree pantyliner. I've used those before, although I wear tampons.

Protein for sure. Also:
-Work fruits and vegetables into the daily routine, aiming for the goal of 5 servings a day.
- Lean meats and other good sources of protein, such as eggs and nuts.
- Limit fat intake by avoiding deep-fried foods and choosing healthier cooking methods, such as broiling, grilling, roasting, and steaming.
-Limit fast food and other low-nutrient snacks, such as chips and candy. But don't completely ban favorite snacks from your home. Instead, make them "once-in-a-while" foods, so your child doesn't feel deprived.
-Limit sugary drinks, such as soda and fruit-flavored drinks. Serve water and milk instead.
Substituting ----^ low-nutrient foods will help you by replacing with water, or protein, veggies, or fruits, etc.

Tell an older adult! Seriously! I mean, it is serious. Tell an older, and trusted adult that you could talk to about this.
