hey im jackie and im 14. and this question is for my friend. she just turned 15 and her ex boyfriend is 14 and they've been going out since october,(8 months) and they have gone pretty far. hes gotten her to give him a hand job and let him finger her, for the first time. before she went out with him, she hadnt even had her first kiss. anyway, he broke upw ith her 2 days ago and she is miserable! he siad it was b/c he wanted to move on. I ;d like to know how to help her get over him. help pleasee

It sounds like they used each other a bit, but he more so than her. I know shes heartbroken, but one of her mistakes was she shouldnt have gotten this physically or emotionally attached so young. Just be there for her and remind her that shes young and there are so many other guys out there for her. And that this isnt the end of the world, as she may think..

Its definitly not true that if your not "thin" your ugly. Thats so horrible. I hate to say this, but thats usually what people say when they make annorexic/bullimic sites, to help othe rgirls who have eating disorders. Its wrong on so many levels.
Being healthy is more important than being thin. You could be stick skinny and not healthy what good would that do you? Yeah youd be skinny but would you be happy? No.
I'm 13. I have a MAJOR crush. But, according to my friends, he's not just a crush anymore. Well, I really like him. When I got ahold of his email, we started chatting online all the time. Finally some of my friends dilivered his message. He liked me too. One day while we were chatting he asked me out to the movies. I couldn't believe that I wasn't able to go. Anyways, now, according to my friends, he's my officail boyfriend. That the part I'm not so sure about. I mean, a boyfreind when you're only 13? I feel too young for that... Is he my officail boyfriend or am I really too young for that kind of thing?
In my opinion having a boyfriend that young is quite silly. Because you are too young and not mature enough. Being in a relationship there is more to just lusting at each other, its something that comes deep within the heart, really connecting - feelings. You cant call it dating because most kids arent even allowed to go out on a normal "date" until they are sixteen. I mean going to the movies isnt really a date, at that age. And at 13, dating in school, is basicly seeing each other in classes or down the hall you know?
He isnt your "offical" boyfriend, unless you both have talked about it. Your friends cant declare anything, its something between him and you! So if you havent spoken to each other about it, your most likely not.

AHH Please help me anyone!! My dad just started smoking and I'm sorry but I hate smoking and cigarettes and lighters and the smell I just hate every single part of it, plus I didn't want my dad to start smoking...so when he came home, I snuck into his car, and there is this little compartment where he puts his cigarettes and lighter, so I put this note to him that shows him all the bad points of smoking, and how it can effect you..and then I stole his lighter and it's hidden in my sock drawer!! But I am sooooo SCARED because he gets really mean sometimes (but he never abuses me or anything.) so I'm really scared for what he is going to do!! Was this a good idea?! I think he smokes every night outside from like 8:30 to 9:00 ( he doesnt think I know.) Please someone tell me if this was a good idea, or what I should do ?! PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!
P.S.- is it ok to keep a lighter in a sock drawer? Or will like my dresser blow up?!

I think your being a really good kid to your dad. You want whats in his best interest, and you are right there are SO many bad things about smoking. I'm sure if he gets angry, try explaining how much you care about him, and what the risks are, and tell him everyone thinks it'll never happen to them.. that they will get lung cancer, or something, but it can happen to anyone. let him know you know he smokes too, because its causing you stress. Its okay to keep a lighter in a sock drawer too, it wont blow up.

Basicly my mom has anger problems..
Her anger is causing many problems, and her relationships with the family are at stake.
She has LOTS of anger and I think the anger management classes would be a waste for her, because she needs to know whats bothering her. If i try to tell her, she'll start yelling and slamming things around saying why do you think i'm crazy..i don't need those fucking therapists telling me whats wrong..blahblahblah.
Are there any ways to MAKE her go to therapy?

Oh all that sounds horrible. I've never been in that situation, but I know how it can be to try to be communicating something to someone and them just NOT getting the picture or understanding. Well I think this problem is out of your hands, try getting your dad and sibblings together with you, and close family, talk about it, maybe have an intervention. Because it sounds like if somethings not done, then worse things could happen. Your absolutely right too about she needs to find out whats wrong with her. Anger is always fueled by something, it has to be. And the right way to figure it out is to talk about it. I know it feels really difficult to communicate to her right now right? I mean honestly, angry people - sometimes means they are holding on to things they really need to let go. And sometimes you need help letting go. So try gathering loved ones with you, and all going to talk to her, something needs to be done soon.

Hello. I'm supposed to be going to get my eyebrow pierced soon and a tattoo on my shoulder. I was wondering if anyone on here has their eyebrow pierced, but also has glasses. I have glasses and I'm thinking it'll look horrible if I get my eyebrow pierced. I just thought of this cuz I'm really weird. Well hackers are people who try to invade privacy to gain passwords,creditcard numbers, bank accounts, stuff like that.
They usually get into your computer by viruses like keyloggers, where they can see what you type, so they could see your credit card number if you typed it out, or trojans or stuff like that.
Scan your computer with a good virus scanner, and delete all the viruses or bugs that come up!
see the thing is im 5 feet tall & i like being short and all but sometimess its a big problem for guys. Is there any way i can grow taller. I mean im 16 years old and i know im still growing pluse everyone in my family is an inch taller then their mothers but why is it taking me so long to grow? Theres not really anything you can do about this.
Dont take those silly growth medications because those can do more damage than they give help. Just be patient, wear heels, guys shouldntt care if your shorter than them. Its no big deal at my school, its really not a big deal in general,

I mean seriously your dating isnt going to be serious your only 13 years old.
Its true you can fall in love at any age, but you cant really understand it at any age, its really more complicated than just saying your going out, and telling each other you love them, especially if you dont mean it.

my dogs is throwing up blood and I can't afford to go to the vet, Please give me advice on what this could be . I feel really bad as I love my and she is not an out door pet, and is only fed good dog food. She is part husky and collie.
Its always really really bad when animals throw up blood. Even if you cant afford to take her to the vet, I see that as your ONLY option if you want her to live. Because things like this are extreamely serious. I'm sure you can work out some kind of payment method.

I am not a registered user of myspace, but am pretty familiar with the site. I’ve known for awhile (by stumbling across some history on his computer) that my boyfriend of almost a year uses myspace not as a social networking site, but solely to check out hot chicks profiles. For some reason, this really bothers me. I don’t mind that he checks out porn online—I have no problem with Playboy, Penthouse stuff. However, the fact that these chicks are real people who are not posting their picks for some dude to drool over is kind of creepy. Also, it upsets me that he would want to check out regular chicks online and use them for sexual purposes. I know mentally cheating should only be a problem for insecure 16 year olds, but I am having trouble getting past this. I will talk to my bf about this but wanted an outside opinion first. What’s your take on the issue? Would it be out of line for me to ask him to cancel his account?
I dont think its only a problem for 16 year olds. Everyone is pretty insecure, I'm sure a 50 year old women wouldnt want her husband to be doing this either.
Now if your absolutely positive that thats whats going on, talk to him, ask him if your being everything he wants you to and if you are making him happy?
