losing weight

Question Posted Thursday July 6 2006, 4:17 pm

i was looking on google for websites about getting a flat stomach and i found this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) look down on number 13 and where it says stuff like "If you are not thin you are ugly" and "being thin is way more important then being healthy"(along with all the other facts that are there) im not fat or anything but is this true? it sounds really stupid but i was wondering if this is true.

that website is crap. none of it is true and whoever made that site to make girls feel bad about themselves is an idiot. if you are comfortable with your body..then it doesnt matter how much you weigh, how much water you drink, or the meals you eat. dont listen to those crazy websites.

um that site is pro-anarexia. you DONT want to look at that site. that site is for starving yourself. if you read every thing on there. and then at the bottom it says through the looking glass is by a beautiful anorexic....soooo you dont want that site. try entering in how to lose weight or something like that. and maybe try how to lose weight NOT anorexia because i think when you type it in caps like that it will leave out anorexia stuff. i think. hope this helped. and dont go anorexic.

Read the bottom of the page. Obviously it was either written or endorsed by someone with anorexia. Not good info...obviously they are obsessed with their weight, and probably look like a walking skeleton with sunken eyes and pale skin.

There are many people that are quite a few pounds overweight that are healthy and beautiful...so obviously they have the anorexics beat in that department.

Bad info....not true.

THATS NOT TRUE!
That website is full of bull.
Whoever made it has clearly not done any research on anything they have written.
Dont get information from there, its trash.
Its definitly not true that if your not "thin" your ugly. Thats so horrible. I hate to say this, but thats usually what people say when they make annorexic/bullimic sites, to help othe rgirls who have eating disorders. Its wrong on so many levels.
Being healthy is more important than being thin. You could be stick skinny and not healthy what good would that do you? Yeah youd be skinny but would you be happy? No.
