My videos are not working.

I just got this digital camera not too long ago.

It came with everything, but I got one problem. Whenever I record videos, and I try to put them onto my computer, it's just a big 'X' and when I click on it, it says "No Avaialble Preview"

Do you know how I can undo that? or know how to make it work?

You probably need to download a shockwave player or something like that!

Try that?
Or try uploading the videos on your computer a different way, with the digital camera memory chip or like the cord.
