My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Kay... well there is this guy and he and I started talking about 3 weeks ago at a track meet and now we flirt a bunch at the track meets.. he is in some of my classes and like yeah I always catch him looking at me and then he always like brags about how good he is at trfack and how much i suck in a JOKEING way... but Iono if he lieks me or what.. and I am really confused plese HELP!

i went on a cruise this summer and met a lot of new friends and still keep in touch with a few. but heres the thing, my friends at home get really mad if i even mention them. i dont think its because they are jealous because they are always exclusive to me and never have me over, ect. they also get mad if talk about a boy a like. its not really them getting mad, they just role they're eyes or sigh or look like really annoyed. i constantly feel like i have to watch what i say or they'll get mad at me. what shoudl i do?!

They probablly feel that you are bragging and no one wants that. Just tell them that you dont like when they do that. They might not get mad but they also might be just a lil jelous. x0

Me and my ex broke up like last year we kinda dumped each other at the same time. well a week after we broke up he got a new girl friend. i wasnt jealous i didnt care really. but ii didnt get over him that fast. he called me and said he still loved me and it was stupid for us to break up. ( he did this when he was going out with his new girl friend). well a year passed and i havent thought about him in like ever but all of a sudden i started thinking of him again! i dont no if i like him again or dont! i cant call him cause his number is changed and i dont no it. is this normal and what should i do?

It is normal but I think its only because you care about him. Maybe you dont like him like you used to but you still care for him. I think that you should move on still and forget about what hes saying. You can find better! x0

I have very pale, sensitive skin and I burn easily. I have never properly tanned in my life and this year I want to get a tan. I have to use a high SPF sunblock or I will burn. What is the best way to go about getting a natural tan with my skin type? I don't want to use sunbeds or fake tan.

Use a tanning lotion! Before you tan put a lil bit of tanning oil or some kind of sunburn lotion so you dont burn bad! x0

OK well theres this kid at my school. (Hes in 10th im in 9th) Well we always got along because we have alot of the same friends and do one sport together. But I never really liked him that much untill we both started spending alot of time together. I really started to like him and he even kissed me once. Well after that we kinda stoped talking, but then one night we talked again and i started to like him again. He even asked to go to the movies. But I was talking to one of his friends and he said "well hes not looking for a relationship" but im confused because i was messing around with the kid and i said "What if I was like I love you and can't live without you will you go out with me" and his response was "i would proally be a little shocked but then prabably say yes" Help im so confused!

Spend a lot more time with him. You guys will probablly end up getting together. Give him a lil time and let him figure out what he wants for him self. It seems like he really likes you too. Ok well I was talking on the phone to my bf last night, and I was on the internet. There was a banner-ads at the top of the page, and because I was bored I read it to him. It said "find out how well you kiss by taking this quiz". And he asked me what I was reading, and I told him it was a banner-ad thing. He then replied "I wonder how well I can kiss". I then just said "um, ok".

My question is- do you think he wants to kiss me? I want to kiss him, but I don't know if the feeling is mutual! We are going on a date tonight, and I want to know if he might kiss me.

15/f. i moved into a brand new house, and my bedroom is white walls with light beige carpet. Everything so far in my room is red - red bedspread, curtains, lampshades, etc. I want to know what color i should paint my walls cause white is so boring. But i'm not allowed to paint them red cause thats way too much red! i was wondering if hot pink was a good color since its a shade of red, but my mom says that won't match. so can anyone think of a color? Thanks.

Hot pink doesnt really match tho. I think that orange would be cute. Also yellow! Brown goes good with red but if you dont want the dirty brown go for something lighter. x0 ` t3za ..

That sucks and Im sorry! I know this sucks but you cant make him like you again! Dont try pressuring him into liking you .. which I dont think you are. Keep flirting ,hanging out, talking on the phone. Maybe he would start to fall for you again. The best thing is to try to move on. I dont think you really want to because you love him so much. Lately, I've been feeling REALLY lonely. How do I tell my parents that, I don't want to be here anymore? I'm tired of my friends, I'm tired of my family, and I'm tired with the people around. I do hang out with good people who make good decisions--I'm not tired about that. But I don't feel completely happy with them. I sometimes feel a little left out, and I do blame myself for not being more "in the loop". But I don't have that many things in common with them. My parents are also good people. They give me the things I need and have brought me up pretty well. They really are good parents. I'm just sick of living here and being lonely. I feel like theres no one around. I recently just lost my "best friend". She was great, but I did realize that she wasn't exactly the kind of person I want to be friends with (she constantly reassured herself by making fun of other people, she was REALLY competitive @ EVERYTHING, etc.). Is there anything I can do, or anyone I can talk to, or IM? (Theres a lot of other things I'm upset about) Is there anyone who's been in a state of depression or anything? Because I seriously need to talk to someone.

First of all if you ever need to talk just IM me!! I know how you feel and I feel like that sometimes also. I get tired of where I live and even my friends sometimes. Dont get it wrong tho cuz I love them l0l ! But anyways. I think thats its okay to feel like that at times. As you grow up you will relize everything. Talk to your parents. They seem like really nice people and of course they will understand. They will only try to do the best for you. Maybe you and your family could move. Maybe change schools? Go out and meet new people. Its always best. I've gone through depression a lot and Im doing way better. The friends you have now all care about you and you know that! x0 `
