i always get wet sweat marks on my shirts ( the under arm part ) i take showers and wear deodorant. what should i do?

You might have to switch your brand of deoderant. You'll probably go through a few before you find the one that works best. I personally like these 5.

- Dove.
- Degree.
- Suave [the normal one, and the platinum one].
- AXE.
- TAG.

Even though the last two are for guys, they smell incredibly nice.

so im 16/f 5'7 and about 120 lbs give or take. i realize im thin but my legs especially my thighs and my butt are soo flabby and jiggly and i hate it. i dont want to do cardio bc 1- im lazy haha and 2- i dont want to lose a lot of weight, soo i was just planning on doing lunges and leg lifts and stuff along with crunches and what not. but i heard you cant lose weight without doing cardio so what do i do? i only wanna lose maybe 3-5 pounds.. oh and theres basically no muscle in my legs or butt so yeah.

DO's
- Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies & meats are essential.
- Drink 8 glasses of milk a day and eat yogurt [preferably Yoplait Light & Fit]. If you're lactose intolerant like me, then eat dairy sparingly so you don't get sick.
- Drink 4 glasses of water a day.
- Cut junk food out. No more desserts, no more munchies, no more candy, no more soda & no more fast food. If you're gonna eat it, make sure you eat only a small portion & make sure you don't go completely overboard with it.
- Run alot. I'm not saying to run a mile in a day, but work your way up to it. Once you can run a mile, trying going for 2, then when you conquer 2, try 3 and so on. Don't run fast though, because you'll get tired & give up. Pace yourself.
- Join a gym. They have machines that target certain areas of the body, and if you ask a trainer, they should be able to help you out. [And if you don't wanna go alone, invite a friend along, or bring your ipod & listen to music. It'll make the time go by faster.]

DONT's
- Don't eat or exercise before bed. If you eat before bed, it's gonna be really hard to digest while sleeping since basically your whole body shuts down, and you'll just gain weight. And if you exercise before bed, your muscles won't be relaxed, so you'll be antsy & it'll be hard to fall asleep.
- When you see results, DO NOT STOP. Keep going because if you stop right then, you'll just gain all your weight back. So once this healthy lifestyle starts to suit you, don't give it up at all. For the rest of your life, because if you do everything you've worked for will just have been a big waste of time.
- Don't be discouraged if you gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. =)

okay, so lately, i haven't really gained any weight, but my stomach seems to be bothering me.
like when i sit.. it 'bunches up'. i used to do alot of curlups, but i've been taking a break.
i just really want to lose the weight on my stomach, and i know you can't really lose weight in a specific place, but does anyone know any ways to target that area other than curlups? i need more of a way to burn the fat off, along with building muscle, more than mainly building muscle, since you wont be able to see it under fat anyways. =P

how do you get the picture url?? i went on myspacegens.com and it asks me for that, b/c tried to put a pic of my friend up on my myspace.

Go on her MySpace [if she has one], get the picture you want & then right click it. You'll see "Properties", now click that. Then you'll see a URL. Copy that & paste it where they want the picture URL.

If she doesn't have one, just put it onto your photobucket or something, and then do the same thing to get the URL from there. =)

In Sept 2005 I went to a different college to all of my mates. They stayed and went to a local college while I went to a private college (It was a hard decision, but I had my reasons at the time). And now I know in some ways it was a big mistake, I never "fit-in" and made "real" friends, college turned out to be a place of study for me, and not the fun adventure it seems to be for everyone else. The main issue is the friendships I considered most important belonged to a group of friends, and my best friend who went to a different college to me. At first I regularly kept in touch with them and we often we up town clubbing, then I got a bf and didn't see my friends as much but kept in touch... then over exams I lost touch with them... we saw each other occasionally when I threw out a limb and emailed everyone to come to a meal, or invited everyone to my birthday party... I even got invited to a couple of birthday parties... But now it feels like unless its me that emails everyone and organises something like a meal, I never get to see them... I had someone email me the other day and ask me if "we were doing something over easter"... The fact is I know they're always doing stuff together which they never invite me to, and if they do I always feel like a third wheel because they talk about how they're going on holiday with the rest of their college buddies over the summer and other things I wouldn't be invited to or know about...
Sorry for the length of this, its difficult to explain as it has been on-going for nearly two years now. But I really want to know what I should do... should I try hard and continue trying to organise meals and things... or should I just forget them and concentrate on making new friends once Uni rolls around?

This is a super tough decision, but I think you should still try & hang out with them. I mean, when you get older you don't get many friends & it sucks. Every year you find out who you're real friends are, and like, you lose some. You just get less & less friends until you have no one. Just keep trying to be friends with them & set things up. =)

Uhm, the store didn't really have a name, it was really just a stand in the middle of the mall. I think they were about 15, and they were really cute. I would check some of the jewelery stands in your mall & see how much they are there. Because New York malls tend to be a little bit different from malls in other states.

Anyone know any cute little organizing tips for a girls bedroom ----- my lil sis (shes 11)???????

My room is really, really organized. I have shelves where basically everything is.

If she's got makeup, she could put it on the shelf. And same for her body sprays & lotions & whatnot.

Before I put my bed in my closet [it sticks out vertically], my clothes were in order by what they were. Pants came first. Then skirts. Then sweaters [hoodies/sort of coaty looking things], and then tanktops and then my t shirts. After that comes long sleeves, then dresses & then my coats.

Anything that went into my dresser was basically my socks, my panties, & my bras. Maybe my pajama shirts & shorts. Things that basically wouldn't fit in the closet, or that I didn't have any hangers left for. All of my school stuff was on my desk, so I had it whenever I needed it. I kinda like things out in the open because then I can always find it. And of course my walls are totally cluttered with pictures, and magazine tearouts. =)

Well, every place does it the same, but some places are different.

They mark your belly button [where the hole's gonna be] & then they tell you to basically think about something different so you won't feel it. Then they just stick it through & put the ball on. After that, they tell you what you need to do to clean it & keep it from getting infection.

If they don't explain everything to you, then leave & go somewhere else because you'll probably get an infection. Also, make sure they open everything in front of you.

I really want to lose about 20-30 lbs by July, which is around the range of losing 1-2lbs a week, or more specifically from a size 7 to a 5. I also become more fit, since I'm pretty unhealthy (as you can see by my weight bahahaha). I am also starting softball to help with this.

The areas that I want to lose weight/flab in are in my arms, thighs, and stomach.

Routines/diets (no crash diets, I'd die) are welcomed :].

I honestly think you're a fine weight, but if you really want to lose weight, here are some simple do's & dont's.

DO's
- Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies & meats are essential.
