punching!! i no that this is kinnda sad. but i can not punch for my life ! what do i do ? how do i make it work

no it's not sad... I took taekwondo for around 4 years and I could never perfect my punches. (no joke). Some people just aren't meant to throw awesome punches - unless you find it absolutely necessary, don't worry yourself sick over it. I broke my hand breaking a board trying to backhand (a type of punch) and trust me, it was not worth it. <3 ]

I used to teach childrens' white belt karate classes... so here's how you do it karate-style.
To start, make a proper fist. Make sure your fingers are all tucked in, with your thumb over top. DO NOT tuck your thumb in, and don't let it stick out past your knuckles.
With your hand in a fist, pull it back as far as you can. Your fist should be level with your chest, palm up. I know it's not quite comfortable, but it's how you get more power.
When you punch, use your other arm to help your punch gain momentum. Pull it in to the same position your punching arm started in.
While extending your arm, gradually twist your arm until your hand is facing palm down.
I know it sounds really complicated, but it's a lot harder to teach in writing! ]
Lol, just punch forward. Don't swing your arm, because then you'll hit like an idiot. ]
