Alright, so I'm going to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time EVER sometime this week, and I'm a little nervous.

2) How do they do it? I guess you can ask what you want. But my first time they did these: They applied some warm wax and stripped it off. It doesn't really hurt, just burns/"smarts" I guess. They did a method called threading and it takes out a hair by the follicle. It feels weird. Then they plucked the stray hairs that the wax didn't get.
3) On a scale one to ten, ten being highest, how bad did it hurt for you the first time? It stung for waxing because it's a sensitive place. So maybe 6 but the feeling goes away quickly.

5) How often will I need to get them redone or whatever? Depends. I didn't need to get mine redone for at least a month. You could always pluck the stray hairs yourself.

Yes. I'm not sure why or how. it's just a different race.
Europe- tend to have wavy hair
Asia- tend to have straight hair
Africa- tend to have tightly curled or frizzy hair.
But it's not the same for everyone. There's always some people that have slightly different hair textures in their own race. Depending on your genes.
There can be a combination of 2 or 3 hair textures in one head of hair. There's Fine, Medium, and Coarse. It all depends on the color of your hair and the curliness of it. You can figure out the texture of your hair by measuring the circumference of a hair strand.
Fine- *smallest circumference* generally straight, fly away,"weightless"
Medium- most common & manageable types. some people refer it as "normal" type
Coarse- *largest circumference* thicker, stronger

You don't have to dye your whole head though. Make some peekaboos. Under your bangs or underneath your hair. Some streaks in your bangs or dye the edges of your hair.. You could always leave bleach on your hair for a little and just have the color come out darker than bright.
But you'll look fine and not so.. anime-like. I doubt anyone would be looking at you in that way.

Ask your sister to help you go shopping. Tell her you want something in her style because you really like it but you wouldn't know what would look good on you sort of thing. She will probably help out. You just don't know what to buy for yourself. There's just so much in a store and if you haven't bought anything in that style.. then you wouldn't know how it would look on you.. and sometimes you just don't feel like taking the chance.
Long toes are cute as well as short ones. Just keep your feet clean.. cut your nails and paint them. Maybe get a toe ring too :]

Trim split ends. It makes your hair look and feel healthier.
Eat food with iron and zinc. /red meat/ Get your vitamins.
Wash your hair, i'm sure you already knew that. dirty hair clogs follicles so once you feel your roots get oily, get that shampoo out.
Get a hair treatment for deep conditioning or get a hot oil one every other week. You can buy it in the grocery store.

If you dye your hair, take a break.
Don't use too much heat on your hair. So try avoiding blowdrying or straightening when your hair is damp. Don't do it every day or it will cause split ends.
If you towel dry your hair, do it gently.
Never comb hair when it's wet.. even if you have a wide toothed comb. You may end up with tangles and knots..
My hair grew a lot by taking a vitamin called Biotin. You can buy it in those health stores in low dosages or higher dosages. It doesn't really make your hair grow. It makes it a lot healthier.. because I dyed my hair and bleached it a lot. So i have shiny, soft hair and no damaged ends. Biotin makes hair healthy and your skin. I find it makes my nails grow a lot faster. The vitamin also may add body and thickness to your hair. So your hair will grow a bit faster if it's in good condition.
Mane n Tail shampoo works good too. It's found in some grocery store. It was originally for well, horses but it's also used on people because they saw how great it worked. It contains lots of proteins to strength your hair and make it thick.

I live in Rhode Island and I'm going away to Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. tomorrow. That's considered far for our family and we are driving. I would bring a box full of your favorite accessories or put it in a ziplock bag. Those come in hand when you have want to separate certain things. I'm using one to put my makeup in, hairties, and jewelry.
You'll need to bring a lot of clothes.. just in case you change in the middle of the day. I went through a lot of clothes in one week already! It's so hot, so I change into tank tops and shorts a lot. Bring about 10 shirts and a few extras if you think you need it . For jeans, about 7 would be good and maybe a few pairs of shorts?

Well, looks are deceiving. Some boys make it more obvious by sexual remarks. If you're with the guy and he wants to be alone.. wants to make out with you all the time. Then yeah, it's more of a sexual thing. You really need to get to know the guy. You could know the guy for a month and he seems really sweet and innocent.. but yet, you really aren't that close. There's no right way. Everyone kisses differently and likes it another way.
Yes, lean in and just press your closed lips against his. You don't need to wet your lips. Open your lips slightly when you next kiss. Just continue kissing like that.

it says it takes about 7 days to prevent pregency but you need another birth control method like condoms.
Usually people will say a month before you can have sex.
but my doctor suggested 3-4 months to be completely sure. you have to take the pill every day at the same time though. Pill taking mistakes decrease effectiveness.
