I cant really say what to do. But you would look good wearing greens. Because you have the same skin tone as me. I would suggest going to a makeup artist and getting your makeup professionlly done. & then you can buy all of there products that they use on you.
Try MAC, there makeup is realllly good kinda expensice but worth it. My friend got it and used it one day and came to school and I hardly recognizd her.

You may want to use some dark eyeshadow
[black, gray, red]
and some mascara.
Anything that contrasts with your eyes.(:
Maybe do your hair up in a bun or something.
Maybe alittle lipgloss and a lipstick color that matches your facial color, maybe go with a light pink.(:

Get some blonde highlights. Then get like some side bangs. It would look great. Then get some eyeliner(black) and mascara. Maybe some light pink, eyeshadow, and definetley a light pink lip gloss. Pretty picture by the way, you look great without make up too.

get some bangs! no joke, side bangs! where darker lipGLOSS! like darker pinks but not to bright, washed out kinda! then get layers, and makeup would ruin the look, so maybe just some mascara! hope this helps! ily, mo♥!

But you look beautiful without. I thought you were wearing makeup! I suppose maybe some eyeliner and mascara.. though I doubt you need it. You have REALLY pretty eyes. I think peach eyeshadows would look good on you. I adore your freckles too. Don't ever cover those up :] You are a natural beauty, you already look good.
Maybe you should try lipstick? A lightish pink color.
