Yes it would fit your hairstyle. :] Maybe get more long bangs? Unless you do have a lot and its pushed far to the side.
You could pull some of your bangs up and put blue there... so it peeks through.
Underneath your hair would look good too.
I don't really like streaks. It reminds me of 6th grade when "everyone" got streaks and it didn't look.. that great as everyone made it seem..
Don't buy Manic Panic dye. It fades really quick. Special Effects is good and RAW too.

If I was you I'd probably get more streaks, it's definitely more "punkish"
also, if you do decide to dye your hair blue remember to bleach the parts you want blue first. It helps the colour come out better or something (I'm not sure how it works, my friend dyes her hair blue through)
