My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

There is this boy that I am crazy for. I've been getting to know him very well now and he is great. And I know he feels for me but I don't think he's attracted to me. What are some little ways to flirt and flounce around him to come across as more attractive?

Okay so I met this guy (we are both 16) and we hit it off. spent like 10 hours together he was totally flirting holding hands cuddling and he would just stare at me and would always sit next to me and he tried to kiss me and such.. (it was a church retreat. We were helpers lol for the little kids) so at the end of the night when its time to leave he just left no good bye and didn’t ask for a number or anything! what does that mean? What happened?

Im not really sure what that means but he really likes you. Maybe he was in a hurry or something. Im not really sure but Im sure you will see him again and he will ask you for your number. Well he might like you. You should ask him or your friend should of asked him if he likes you. If he flirts with you then he probablly does have a little crush on you. X0`

16/f/California. I hang out a lot with my 15 year old female cousin. Me and her always have a good time. Its not like I want to stop hanging out with her. She's part of the "punk" crowd (but she's only in it because its the trend, and I KNOW thats why, because I know her well, and I know thats not the "real her"...but thats beside the point). And I'll admit, I do say "like" and "oh my gosh" a lot. Everytime we're at the mall or somewhere and we walk past girls that say something like "LIKE...OH MY GOD" she ALWAYS has to say something like "wow...did you just hear those girls? I can't stand those types of girls". And she'll say it loud enough to where they can hear. And I always act like I can't hear her, or I just start to say something else, because 1.) I don't judge people because of the way they talk and 2.) That seriously doesn't even bother me. But if she sees a punk guy or girl walking, she'll stare, admire, walk a little slower to where they can see her, and she'll try to tease her hair more (she has big hair) so she'll look a little more like them. But just because she's dressed like them and they're dressed like her doesn't mean shit. Theres more to that and she judges people SO quickly. And tonight we were at dinner with my aunt and she was explaining how she can't stand girls that talk like that and I quickly jumped in and said this:

Me-"you know what I've noticed about you? You judge people so quickly"

Her-"no I don't"

Me-"yes you do, everytime we walk past girls that say something like that, youALWAYS have to make a comment, and its stupid, you don't even know them"

Her-"I'm just saying I don't like girls like that, I'll talk to them and say hi and stuff, but I can't hang out with them"

Me-"Well, why do you have to say it all the time, you don't have to like them, just don't think like that so fast.... you know why I think you do it? I think you do it just to bring them down and push yourself up and thats stupid."

Her-"[[[[same thing as above.]]]"

What should I tell her? Because after, I just ignored what she said after that. But I'm really not done with this conversation. I hate when people make quick judgements like that, especially when you say it loud enough so that person can hear. That only makes enemies. And whats the point of talking about them anyways? Its not going to make anything change nor is it going to make them go away. What should i tell her. I don't want to just stop hanging out with her, because aside from that we have no problems. I just want her to be a little more opened minded...not just about people, but about everything and also to start thinking for herself. What should I do?

WOW! This girl seems like a total poser! I hate people who judge other people so quick without even knowing them at all! Tell her exaclly what you just said here! She seriously needs to stop tho! Some day she might say it to a wrong person and get her ass wooped.. no offence. She will eventually get the point. Is it possible for a guy to like a girl younger than him? What about older? My sister and I are both crushing on the same guy (we aren't fighting about it, we just are seeing who he falls for) I'm younger than him by one year, and my sister is older than him by two years.

ok... so i've liked this guy for like 2 years. he is one of my bff's and his sister is too. I don't know if I like him anymore, but i think i might like this guy in my class. We talk alot and anyway... the other night.. our youth leader was giving us a devotion on waiting for the right guy/ knowing he's the one and i know im too young, but which one do I love? That night I had a dream about i got married to My bffs brother and then the guy in my class was all "I love you" after I married the one guy and I started to cry because i felt bad... what does this mean? Which one do I like?

How are we supposed to tell you which one you love? You have to decide that and you will know. If you think you dont like your Bff then you probablly dont. You just might have a crush on that guy in your class. Dreams really dont mean anything. Spend time with them and you will soon relize who you like more. hi my mom has cancer, and i have told my friends but only reluctantly about it and this was a while ago. I only didnt want to tell them because i didnt want for them to feel sorry for me. i dont need that. I was so sad when she first told my family. I havent cried since excpet when she accidently made me read an article about cancer and it was all about bad stories and unhappy endings, not what i needed to hear. my parents havent ever tried to talk to me about it but i am not the kind of person to talk openly. I try to keep it off my mind and think about what i can do, and try to be helpful. what i can basically. but at a sleepover my friends talked to me about this and they sort of emplied that i wasnt as concerned and sad as i should be. do you think I am handling this well? what do you think i should do? please dont give me something like, just talk to your friends, thanks that'd be great!

You are dealing this situation just fine. Its how you should be handling it! Talking to your friends isnt a good idea all the time. Sometimes they just dont understand exacly how you feel. Being sad about this isnt good. Im glad that you are doing better and your mom will be fine!! Hope for the best and keep your mind on the positive side. I think your hair seems cute! You could just leave it straight down. But I would curl it. Dont do the wild curls just do soft and big ones. You could also put your hair half way up and curl it! Thats cute too! Sorry I dont have any pictures tho! x0`

so my friend seem tyo hate me and came up with 170 things they disliked about me i know i should just leave them but my friendship with them has existed for over a year and its hard to make new friends this far in the year so im trying to be better and more normasl but cant they just accept me for what and who i am i think that if i can at least try to keep the friendship in tact then so should they i just want 3 things in life: acceptance friendship and to never be lied to if i have not lied to them unless its really stupid like ive been to mars but honesty i wish theied just accept me

I know that you dont want to leave your guy's friendship but I honesly think that you deserve better friends. They dont seem to be really good friends and real friends wouldnt do that to you. You could try to talk to them about it and try to fix this. The only way you can fix it is talk to them. Dont try to change who you are for them. Be you and if they dont like that its just to bad and you will make new friends who will accept you for that. Trust me you will and it wont be that hard! Just think about it.. do you really want friends like that. But like I said talk to them and tell them how you feel and maybe it will change. x0`

Here's the deal, I like this guy at school, and we have one class together. I'm not even entirely sure that he likes me back, but I'm willing to pursue a relationship with him if it comes up. Thing is, he's a senior, I'm a freshman, and if we considered dating each other now, summer would come and end all too soon and he would be off to college. What should I do? Get to know the guy and possibly get hurt in the near future, or move on and possibly pass up a wonderful oppurtunity to get to know someone.. Please help, I'll rate!

I wouldnt date him tho. He will go off to collage pretty soon and if you guys start dating you will get hurt and he will move away. You dont have to completly get over him. Be friends with him! You can still talk and everything. But if you guys do become something more then just friends maybe a long distance relationship will work out. Maybe but maybe not. I enjoy talking with this guy that comes to a lot of my clubs, and he asks me sometimes about my friends (who he sometimes crushes on) so I considered him my friend. Soemtimes, though, like if I tell him I bought some new CD or I went to the mall on Saturday, he totally flips out at me and tells me that no one cares. Sometimes I don't understand it- I mean, seriously if my friend told him the same thing he would laugh and talk about it with her.
Should I consider him a friend or not?

Not to be mean but I think that he is using you to get to your friend because he seems like he likes her. I wouldnt really consider him as a friend because hes really rude to you most of the time. A friend wouldnt really treat someone like that! Is he bipolar? Cuz his moods seem to change a lot! When he talks to you and tells you something dont listen and tell him that you dont care. Just do the same thing he does to you. But I wouldnt even talk to him. Dont let him use you like that tho. X0`

My parents are bitches! I want to get out of there! i mean i love to death! i would take a dman bullet for them! My mom has anger problems she dont hit me or anything its just that she screams so much and then she starts to cry and it makes me fill bad! my dad yells at her cause of it! Well a lot of familys have that problems. Expecially us teenagers. We go through it a lot and sometimes parents just dont understand that! This time you cant just think about hurting their feelings. ok, this is going to be really embarasing. here i go: school has all sorts of idiots. u can get rid of them by cussing, punching, guestures, tattletalling. there is this one kid who wont stop bothering me. it started when he would stare really hard at me in sex ed. than he started whipping his head to look at me when the teacher talked about kissing and sex. a few weeks ago, he touched my ass, and he tries to everyday in the hallway and health class. if anyone finds out i will be so embaresed. if bf finds out, ill go insane, if he finds out i told on him, im dead. i didnt mind him looking at me that much.....but touching, squeezing, pinching, running hand down my ass is too much. i hate him, and he never even said a word to me. i really need help getting rid of him, please help me! He seems really annoying. Tell your boyfriend!! If anyone sees him doing that to you people will probablly start saying you cheated on your boyfriend and he might not belive you didnt. So tell him before anyone else does. Tell that guy to leave you alone! When he trys to grab you slap his hand and just yell at him and say no! If you dont say anything to him or anyone he will never stop doing it. Try not to be around him much. If he doesnt stop after you told him to you really need to tell a teacher or someone. I think that she made it up since she is a lying friend. Dont belive her because she seems to be jelous of yours and that other girls friendship. How do I get a guy's interest??

To discuss the guys interest .. you have to feel comftrable around the guy. Just talk to him and ask him questions. What music he likes and all that stuff. He wont mind tho so dont worry about it. X0`
