maria2653 answered Sunday May 15 2005, 12:43 pm: if you answer questions and the person rates you good like 4s and 5s then the stars go up nad if they rate you 1s 2s and 3s it goes down. if you dont answer many questions it eith stays the same or goes down. Karen answered Sunday May 15 2005, 9:13 am: Those blue-ish stars represent your overall rating. The shading in them only decrease/increase if your rating decreases/increases. If you had a rating of 4.5, then 4 1/2 stars would be shaded. If you hover over the stars next to a columnist's name on that page, it will tell you their rating.
