Well, if you really want a lot of time on the computer, I suggest starting homework in class. I'm not being "Smartass" or anything here, but serious. I usually get my homework period one and work on it period two. It helps with math and written homework. The rest is done at home.

I think it's fine. It's only a two year difference, and 13 is a fine age for the girl to go out at. She IS in 7th grade.
I believe that the realationship will not last though, because it's a young teenage relationship, where people usually do not love the other. If you actually do love her, it will be a long and happy one.

In his heart, he does like you, yes. I have no doubt on that. He likes every single girl he flirts with, and he's trying to keep his options open. If he didn't like you, he never would have gone out with you and broken up for that cause.
But, he will probably never go out with you again because you are considered "Forbidden Territory". Sorry for using such a male term there. There are some people who you just cannot go out with, like your friend's sister or your friend's ex. He is trying to obey those rules of friendship, but he does not realise that you are his true love.
AKA, he values his friendship above his love. Perfectly fine for him.
I'd move on. Try to find someone else, and be happy. If he asks you out, the more wrong I am. But do not be an active participant in this potential relationship.

It seems like he's almost afraid of you. I am guessing that he did not realise that you got his phone number from a friend, and when he received the call, he got a bit scared. Probably since he only just talked to you a tiny bit. The hug was probably an exchange of friendship.
But I think when you called him, he thought "This girl must love me to go to such lengths as to find my telephone number. She must've gotten the wrong impression. I'll escape now and try to avoid her. Maybe the love will pass..." So, he's been avoiding you, thinking that you love him, and he does not back.
What I would do is to try and talk with him one on one. If you see him at a party, ask if you can talk with him privately for a minute or something like that. Tell him it's important.
Then, tell him how you met him, and that you just wanted to talk to him, get to know him a bit better. Say that you wanted a lasting friendship with him, hoping to meet someone new. nd tell him that you do not love him, even if he thinks otherwise.

1. DO NOT POP THE PIMPLES! I am warning you from experiance. I developed a nasty habit of popping every pimple that comes to that point, and as a result, I have a few permanent marks on my face. And what is worse is that I constantly find myself doing it, however hard I try to stop. Do not pop them.
2. Wash your face daily. Cleanses the pours to help against future pimples. Soap and water, even if you already cleaned it in the shower.
3. Use a pad and wipe your face with it. I use stridex, but you may want another type. These usually get the pimples pretty well cleared up within 3 days.
4. If there are no results after doing this for about a month, go to a dermatologyst. They may want to put you on an acne pill.

Do you have a problem? Possibly. There is a thing out there which is an addiction to sex, and "Enjoying yourself" could be part of the cause, but I don't think so. Since it is only daily. If it was twice a day, maybe, but probably not once.
My advise to you is to try to stop enjoying yourself (Wow, that was weird...) for a week. Depending on how much you think on it that week, make a decision. Did you think of it 10% of the time, 30%, 50%, 75%, 100% of the time? If you thought too much, consider joining a sexaholics anonymous group (There are such things.)
Second, do not have sex until you are ready to assume all responsibilities. Assume that each time you have it, the girl is going to get pregnant, even if you wear protection. That prevents me. :)
But no shrink. I don't think they would do much for this issue. For others, maybe, but not this particular issue.

Wait until she goes into a rant about her life. Calmly ask her if she has seeked help for any of this. If she says no, then calmly give her the name of an advice comunity (www.teenhelp.org, here...), and tell her that those people know a lot better than you do on what she can do to improve it. Then, that is when you begin talking to her about your relationship. Explain to her that you like her as a person, but that she needs to stop ranting on her life. It only makes things worse for her, as it reminds her of it constantly. Then, tell her that it greatly upsets you, and you wish that she would stop. And finally, tell her that if she doesn't stop, you may have to spend a bit of time away from her so that you can actually engage in a conversation.
That's how I'd do it.

Ask somebody else. Ask about 3 other people, and if enough people say it, then you should go to him and say "I was told today that you were cheating on me. Is this true?". Add tears. It will not hurt your relationship because you immediately put the blame on someone else instead of asking "Are you cheating on me?" which immediately makes the the person think that was your conclusion.
1 person isn't enough though. Ask a few others who don't really know him.

Easy. If the only reason he left you was because of lies, then start going at it and tell him that Al is untrustworthy. Tell him that he lied to you when you were going out (Even if it was just once, it is a fact), and he only wanted revenge. That's why he called with those lies. It is probably best to do this over the phone, in my opinion, as you can talk to him without seeing him. I just think it'd be the best way to say it.
If it is impossible to do such, I think that you may want to try a long distance boyfriend, just because Al cannot interfere. Like try someone a town over or something. Meet people at a forum. :)

When your computer is loading, press F8 (I think that's the one), and it will redirect you to a screen that has different modes. Select Safe Mode. This mode allows you to do less things, but you can find out specifically what's wrong. I think you may have been infected with spywear, which I think the only cure for is to reload everything on the computer. Save what you need to a CD-R or a CD-RW (I suggest the latter. Reusable), and reload everything.
