i was wondering if anyone could tell me about how much it would cost me to redo my room.
it is curently light purple and i want to repaint it prob orange or anyother bright color like that(room 12x12). i also want to buy a new conforter, sheets, bed skirt and those things you hang on your windows(not blinds). im prob going to get the bed stuff(twin bed) from either pbteen kohls or a place like that. doesnt anyone have a ruff idea on how much that would cost me. please dont say depends on what i get. i just want an estimate. i would also like shipping included in the estimate because im prob gonna buy it online.
VainTaraLynn answered Tuesday August 23 2005, 4:50 pm: Well. Im redoing my room and its going to cost me around 1000 dollars. It depends on what ur doing. A gallon of paint at lowes is about 30 bucks. If your rooms 12x12 a gallon should probably do it. Comforters run about 60 bucks depending on cotton, satin, or whatever. Sheets run about 20 - but a full bed set [ comforter, sheets, pillowcases, everything etc. ] wouldprobably be around 100 ish. if ur buying it online- the shipping usually goes up 10 bucks in like 50 dollar incriments. [ 50 bux = 10 dollar shipping ] - thats usualy what happened when I bought online. PBteen has great stuff but its real expensive. Why dont you shop JCpenny or Kohls if you want a cheap price. Also look for sales. =) [ VainTaraLynn's advice column | Ask VainTaraLynn A Question ]
oneandonly345 answered Sunday August 21 2005, 10:34 pm: well its not cheap at PBteens.. i got my new stuff there .. a twin bed, desk, and dresser . it was a lot.. over 600$.. then paint.. thats not cheap either.. i think it was around 50$.. then the bed stuff.. its around 75? if you get a really cheap one (targets got cheap, cute stuff) and i am not sure what you want over your windows.. so it will cost over 1,000 $.

GoodAdviceGiver05 answered Sunday August 21 2005, 7:57 pm: This is a good question to ask becuz im going to redo my room also. I'm planning on getting my own computer and desk and some new comforters and sheets and stuff like that. I was thinking bright and neon colors for my wall. Well a good estimate for a cost would be around $200-$300 dollars in that area somewhere. but i know i have to get my computer and stuff so it would be a little more than your costs but that would be my estimate. Hope it helps! [ GoodAdviceGiver05's advice column | Ask GoodAdviceGiver05 A Question ]

ok well i just redid my room to, like EVERYTHING! Floors, walls, bed, curtains.ex.ex.ex
and it came to about 2,000 dollars. Now for shipping and handing that might be different because all stores have different offers like, buy 100 dollars worth of stuff get free shipping, or no shipping included, but a estamate on all the shipping together i would only say about 50 dollars.
jeanine278972 answered Sunday August 21 2005, 5:49 pm: Lets see -- Paint is about $3-$5 a gallon so about 2-3 gallons of paint. Then.. Comforter with matching sheets and bed skirt will be $50-$75.. Window things-- no idea what your even talking about .. but probably between $10-$20 so my guess.. $150-$200 with shipping. [ jeanine278972's advice column | Ask jeanine278972 A Question ]
sbloemeke answered Sunday August 21 2005, 5:30 pm: I can give you an estimate minus the conforter since I don't know what that is... I'd say that it's cost you about $150 with shipping included. That's my guesstimate.
