I'd just go ahead and say yes. I think that you know him well enough. If he asks because he is pressured, it still is an ask by him. He wouldn't do it if he disliked you, but was pressured.

It sounds like your just getting all nervous. Even if he was under pressure, I'm sure there's been times where you were together with nobody else bringing burden on him... if he didn't want to be with you he most likely would've broken up with you. Sure, someone can be pressured to ask someone out... but if they really don't like them, then they wouldn't do it.
