Q: Ok. I'm overweight and i want to lose about 30 to 40 lbs over the summer. I've tried adkins but it isnt workin. I was wondering if there are any diets i can do to help out while exercising (because just that isnt workin either). If you have any ideas i would appriciate them. Thanks.

go on the south beach diet. its not like other diets, because you can still get all your needed nutrients. the main idea of the diet is low carb, high fiber. dont each regular bread and pasta- go for the whole wheat pasta, its a lot healthier for you.

for the exercise- just find something that you ENJOY doing or you wont stick with it. try yoga, running, swimming, basketball, going on walks, treadmill, aerobics videos or class.

yeah you can totally take the SAT at practically like any time. for the colleges, you wont have many (if any) grades for high school so your transcripts wont be much of a help (which colleges look at) but good luck w/ that if you decide to go for it!

use a sensitive razor w/ sensitive shaving cream and put on sensitve lotion when your done. doing all those things should definitely minimize your chances, but that is a very sensitive area so be careful!

well he sounds like he did try to see if he liked you the same way you like him. you never know, he may find out he does some day. but since you already spilled your heart, i would just let it be. giving reasons for liking you may be kinda weird. do what he says and still say hi and all that because you really dont want it to get awkward. he sounds like a nice, understanding guy.. so just keep talking to him and like i said, you never know.

well it sounds like just your friends are sad about your situation. so if your okay with it thats good. you should be excited that you will meet tons of new people. try to keep your positive outlook on the situation. with your friends, its okay to be sad, but dont let them get you down.

Q: This year, i got put into the earliest lunch period at school- i eat lunch at 10:30 am. because of this, i stopped eating breakfast, so that i'm hungry at lunch. but then, since i eat so early, i am starving my the time school is out. by dinner, i'm not very hungry, and i get hungry around 930ish. i hate my eating schedule- its so screwed up and i know it can't be good for my body. any ideas?

before school= one piece of fruit
school lunch= pretty big (fruit, sandwich, water, chips, cookies, whatever)
after school= pretty good snack like fruit and carrots and ranch or cheese sandwich
dinner= normal
before bed= non greasy food

haha that sounds reaaally healthy and boring..sorry im taking health right now. but hopefully that helps

DUDE you should totally stay friends with him. hes just gay, it shouldnt really change what kind of a friend he is to you. but really gay friends are AWESOME!! theyre hilariousss! and they have a lot of fashion sense and give good tips lol.. :)

Well the thing is,the might not have been billy.it could have been my very worst friend,tiana. But im not sure. What should i do in this HUGE mess?

see if there's a way that you can talk to billy in person without sally being there. then you can ask him what he's really feeling. if he like freaks out and doesn't know what your talking about then tell him someone mustve gotten on his sn and it couldve been tiana who told you those lies.

DONT tell sally about this until you know for sure that he said it. even if it is true, then you really should just let them work it out.

Q: my aim is so weird..when im on usually about after 5 minutes it wont let me look @ anyones profiles like it would say "please wait..." except it would never go..and like it doesnt send me any messages my friends send..and then it says that ive sent a message but the other person doesnt get it..then after like another minute it wont let me send anything.then it signs me off and then back on again

you could just try reinstalling it. but make sure you always keep it updated and download the latest versions because they always work the best. seriously whenever they ask you if want to upgrade, do it. its free and it gives you better opitons as well.

i personally would ban smoking in public because of second hand smoke and the fact that its bad for everyones health

if your looking at it from the economy's point of view, then public smoking is okay. because, if it was banned then the smokers would not spend their money in certain stores, etc.
*they are thinking of doing this in austin and this is some of what i have heard (i live in austin)

Q: I had to do a 4 page report. Finally after 2 weeks of working on it the report is FINISHED! Only thing is, the proper format is to have your last name and page number on the top of the page, right justified. Yes, I tried to go to view header/footer but it does not allow me to customize the header for each individual page. Example: First page needs to say at VERY TOP [insert my last name here]1, second page [insert my last name here]2, etc. When I go to view header footer, I can't have each page have the number on it. I know there is a way to do this, but I can't remember how. And I don't mean just typing it in at the top of the page because if I go back to edit something, it will move and I don't want to go through having to retype it all. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you =)
