My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

My friend, Allie, is my best friend..lol. but we once went on a field trip and we had to sit in an audatorium and she held out her hand as if we were to hold hands. :[ I dunno if she's a lezbian or not! She has had a boyfriend and she's dating this guy named Matt G. and its all weird. Cuz in chorus, we sing a song and we stand next to each other and the one part in the song says "come put your hand in mine, let's make the whole world shine" and she holds out her hand in front of me!!! (i kno its a retarded song) So..Does anyone think she's a lezbian? or am i wrong?

Wow.. I cant belive you would even think of her as a lez. Dude all the girls eather kiss on the cheek, hold hands, hug and stuff like that but it doesnt mean they are lesbian. You must be really shy tho since you havent noticed anything yet. L0L! ♥

I am thirteen and I am relatively short for my age (4' 11") and I'm not really pretty.
At my summer camp, there's a group of high schoolers around 14 to 15 years old, and one of them is my age, but she looks 15 and she is extremely pretty. I want to be accepted by this group, but because I look younger they treat my younger. This girl who is my age is nice and tells them that I'm the same age as her, but it doesn't change their mind. It's like the elite group: is it even worth it? They have the most fun and they are really tight and I want to be a part of that.

Acually its all up to you. But people who treat you different because of how you look and everything probablly isnt worth it much. If you really want to be accepted tell them to stop treating you like you are 10 yearts old but to treat you more like a 13 year old. They will. They just dont relize that so you need to say something. Keep talking to them and get to know them and soon enough you will be friends with them. ♥

Everyone is still saying that my boyfriend is bi. And I really like him though. It's just really hard to deal with when some of my good friends are telling me that the person they trust their life says they saw him making out with a guy! It's really bothering me! I mean he's so sweet and nice and everything, but if he really is bi I don't really wanna go out with him...ya know? Someone please help me!

Wow!! You have to see it to belive it tho. Did you even take anyones advice before. Everyone said ask him and talk to him. Tell him to tell you the truth and that you wont mind.. even tho you do. You need to do that. Thats just sick if he was making out with another dude. Ew!! But I would find it hard to belive. Just try to see where he is at and watch what he is doing and how is acts and stuff. Im sure you will find out soon. I still dont think hes a bi. L0L Thats just my opinion. You could just break up with him so you dont have to worry about what everyone keeps saying. I mean if it turns out that he isnt then maybe you could go out. Ok last nite me and 2 of my friends where bored so we went to go see kicking a screaming the movie and there wasnt allot of people there but there was 3 of us and 3 hot guys and all and we started talk and there was one that liked me but didnt saying anything to me but he was really really cute and all and they asked 4 our numbers and I 4 got to give them it. and I really really wont to see them 14/female

There isnt much you need. You just need to do thick layers of eyeliner on the top and bottom. And you can add whatever eye shadow you want. Also use mascara. ♥

Okay, I need to know if this outfit matches for a party coming up, and if it doesn't, let me know.

1. First of all, do BROWN and BLACK match with eachother? (I hope so)
2. My whole outfit has to revolve around my BROWN sandals that I just bought.
3. And I want to wear my BLACK cardigan sweater (REALLY BAD!)
4. Can I wear my brown sandals, a (white or brown?) shirt underneath the black cardian sweater? And a skirt...but what color skirt?

Tell me if any of that matches. Basically I want to wear my black sweater and brown shoes, so what color shirt and skirt should I buy?

On Hollister click on Bettys and just put your mouse over the clothing and it will show up. But it will say usually like Girls or Boys. ♥

how exactly do you wash your face like i have this soap kind... n i use pads n water of course to put it on my face but are u supposed to put water on to wash the soap off after or keep the soap on?

Depends on what you are using. Wash your face with the face soap and leave it on your face for a bit. Make sure you get the scrub face wash. Then wash your face with water and then softly dry it with a towel. Then use the little pads with alchocol and then face lotion. Its healthy for your face. ♥

Why are you trying to be in that group soo bad? You sound a little desprate. Thats exaclty how me and my friends are but you cant just be like that with someone that you arnt really close friends because its just weird. If you start talking,acting like them and everything then you are a poser and you are being something that you arent. We cant tell you how to be more outgoing. Its just who you are. Just talk to them. Who cares. Your conversations dont have to be always perfect. Talk to them about whatever and just joke around. BE YOURSELF! Not like that. I hate when people are like that. wow i've been asking so many questions about ipods.. lol anyway.. i have all my songs on limewire but how do i get them on my ipod? people are like use media player or real one player but how do i transfer my songs from limewire to one of them?
