uh, to begin -- i dated this guy, Jason, from 8th grade to sophomore year, but then we broke up. However, throughout that whole time, i was best friends with a guy, Chad. He was always there for me, and i could always talk to him. However, going into junior year [single, that is] chad and i went to the homecoming dance together, and from there he told me how he has had feelings for me since 8th grade. The first thought that came into my head was that i did not want to wreck our friendship. Sometime in December though, i started to get feelings for him. We were very good together, but we never officially dated because i thought that we were ever broke up, we would never be friends. Later in April, Jason broke up with his girlfriend, and wanted to give "us" a try again. I gave in, and obviously Chad and i ended our fling. Now almost 8 months later, i am still dating Jason, and Chad has a girlfriend. and i still have feelings for Chad, but Jason treats me so good. But uh, im just so frustrated because Chad has a girlfriend now and i am so jealous. Chad and i already discussed how we both felt towards eachother, but he got frustrated with me that i didnt do anything with my feelings towards him, and thinks Jason is wrong for me. It's my senior year, and college is just around the corner.. What do you think i should do? Should i give Chad a chance? I really just need advice please =D

I say that you should tell Chad how you really feel....smart guys dont wait around forever. If you dont say anything to him, you will spend your whole life wondering if he could have been the "one". Sometimes guys can see things girls cant. They are the opposite sex after all. Sometimes they can see the guy when a girl cant. And Chad apparently has some feelings for you, he just dont want to wait around for you. And i dont blame him. Not trying to put you down or nothing because im not! honest to goodness...im just saying this guy has waited for you pratically through highschool. And something tells me that he wont be there much longer. So if he is the one you want, dont let fear the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game. Dont be afraid to lose your best friend, because if he is truly your best friend he will stick around even if you break up! :)

hey!
ok, i know this is kind of a weird question..
but i got my period for the first time (13f) yesterday. I wore a pad. Today after school i thought i would try putting in a tampon..
My mom gave my some that are regular sized..I dunno if that will help any though..
anyways i thought i would try to put it in. I have never masterbated or anything so the feeling was all new to me.. and i couldnt even get it in more than like 3 cm without it hurting.. or feeling very weird..

any tips/ ideas on how to insert it without it hurting??

well really this isnt a weird question! your curious and need some help. okay i was like you..i started my period when i was 13. i couldnt put in a tampon until i was 14... you only should go when you think you are ready.

If you think you are ready..there is one thing you should know...RELAX!! i know what your thinking..how am i supposed to relax? that sounds crazy but if you are relaxed that means your muscles are. the more relaxed the easier the insertion. In the box of tampons there should be a paper. If you are new to tampons, you should definitely read this paper. It talks about TSS and how to insert a tampon. It suggests positions, and techniques. Some positions work for different people. So read that.


Also you should insert the tampon, in until your fingers-which should be located on the gripper, are touching your vagina.

Ever since Thanksgiving, when I visited relatives in a cold/windy climate, my lips have been very chapped- especially after I returned home. Now, it looks like it's in the healing process, but my lips are extremely dry/flaky. I tried using cocoa butter, which works for a while...and I've tried vasaline, which also works, but when i wake up, my lips are still dry and flaky. Is there anything else I could do to make my chapped lips better... something that'll actually take care of it? There's lots of dry skin, I think mainly since it's beginning to heal, but it's taking forever to get better.

i would try blistex, or carmex, and like give your lips a good helping like every time they start to feel less slick...o yeah and always put it on before you go outside or get in a windy area...

Hello. I'm so sorry for asking another stupid question about myspace, but I'm extremely upset right now. My ex boyfriend, and now my current boyfriend, went and deleted his whole myspace. He wasn't thinking at the time, but there were messages he wanted saved from me in the past. He didn't realize this till after he already got rid of the profile. Does this mean there's no way at all to get that same profile back that he had? By a certain amount of days or something? I'm really about to cry right now. I also had tons of messages in my inbox from him from when we first started chatting and everything. Just in case he ever left, I really wanted those messages so I'd have all of the memories. It made me happy to read them. It hurts knowing I can't get em back. If there's any way at all he can get that profile back just the way it was, someone please let me know. Please don't answer unless you actually know what you're talking about. Thank you so much.

Sorry to say this honey but once his myspace is deleted its gone. But if there were conversations from you, then you should have them still, unless you deleted them all..

I've known this guy in my school for awhile now. We're not really friends but we've been in classes and what not. I do not have feelings towards him at all, but there's a few things I noticed. During classes, he completely ignored me. Not saying I particulary noticed that, but we just didn't pay attention to each other. Randomly, this year especially [even though I noticed it a bit before], whenever I pass him in the hallway, there's always eye contact not on purpose. I don't mean to look his way but if I'm just looking around while I'm walking down the hall, I'll see him with other people & look at them too, but notice that I'll accidently look at him directly in the eye and he does it too. I'm not saying "Oh does he like me!" because like I said, I don't like him. I'm just curious why this is. Does anyone have any ideas/opinions on situations like these? I wouldn't have thought anything about it, but it's almost every day. For example, if I'm doing something & turn around & turn my head, I'm staring right at him & he sees me & then turns his head & keeps walking. It could just be coincidence & for no apparent reason, but it happened too many times. It's just weird & I was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on it. Thanks!

this situation is kinda hard because we dont know much about the guy. It could just be a coincidence. Maybe he finds you amusing or interesting. Maybe he is trying to figure out something.

All in all though i dont think that this is just a coincendence. Sorry. I think it has some meaning behind it. And sorry to ask but are you absolutely sure that there is not the tinciest lil bit of you that likes this guy? because it can seem like you dont like someone, but then you start to worry when they begin to look at you. You feel cautious and anxious, almost as if you expect them to look at you. Its just a question. I would be sure i absolutely didnt like him though. He seems like he might be interested...

I'm almost 16/f
I'm not trying to seek attention with this, I'm actually instead trying to not GET any attention...But I think I have a serious mental problem. It could be a variety of things...bipolarity, borderline, depression...etc. I'm always really sad. I always have these sick, low, depressive (if thats a word) suicidal thoughts whenever the SMALLEST things occur! I also think of myself as a masochist, as I sometimes enjoy inflicting pain onto myself ( I cut myself ) and sometimes others (I know. It's pretty bad) I just don't know what to do. My parents say I'm normal. I know I'm not.

What can I do?

You sound like you have depression. If i was you i would be sure that i clearly explained everything (how your feeling, what your doing, etc) to my parents. Maybe they didnt get the whole problem. After that step is taken i would go to a therapists. It is completely confidental if you want it and they listen to what you say and try to give you what you need.

Just tell him how you feel. He could feel the same way. If you think that this guy likes you then you should just say "Hey i like you!" well maybe not that straight forward but you know what i mean. I think you are having doubts and that is just the fear in you. He could be afraid to do anything like you are. I know its scary and there is always a fifty fifty chance as to how these things could go. But if you are too afraid to do anything about anything, then you will always sit back and watch your life fly by you. What kind of fun would that be??

um aright i was just wondering, when you get ur cherryy popped, how long does it bleed for. i mean i know theres a "liner" thats broken when it gets popped. but when you get it popped, does it start bleeding right away? and u can pop it by getting fingered right?

okay so i'm 15 and i'm a cheerleader.
I need a REALLY supportive sports bra, because i'm a 34 D, and nothing seems to help so i always have to wear a regular bra and then a sports bra over it and then i sweat and it's disgusting and i hate it haha
but i'm looking for.. i'm not sure how to say it without sounding ridiculous but oh well haha i'm looking for the ultimate sports bra.

Go to the graffiti application, then click on settings...then there is a setting in it somewhere that says number of graffiti to show on your profile...thats how you change it....

for swimmimg we were doing stuff with medicine balls and i accidentally caught the ball the wrong way and sprained my finger. (index finger) i put ice on it and taped it up but my finger wont go straight at all even with pushing it with my other fingers. it goes so far then just stops..what did i do? is this just a 1st degree sprain or could i have torn the ligaments?

you need to go to a doctor...really thats the only thing that can help your finger...it could be something serious!!!

my friend, let's say D, told me about this guy, C, at her bff's, B, school, and B believes with a passion that C is a great match for me, because he reminds her of me [i'm friends with B too but we're at diff schools]. i don't even know if that's a good thing, but apparently B and C are friends, so she knows him "well enough". i've only had one serious relationship in the past, so i feel inexperienced at this whole idea. D was asking if i was willing to "give it a shot" because B asked the guy and he already agreed. i said okay eventually, so D will tell B to give C my sn. but i'm not sure... sometimes people can be completely different online than they are in real life. and does it make me seem desperate for a guy if i said yes? because i'm not, actually, and i'm hoping that this isn't D and B's idea of a weird joke to play on me. i love them, but they can be strange like that sometimes.

This year as a junior I have snowball ( seniors and juniors only ) and prom. I've been dating my boyfriend for nine months now and last year for ring dance when he was at work I went to his car and put on the back in car marker.. " will you go to ring dance with me?" but this year I have no idea .. I like being creative instead of simply just asking the person.. so does anyone have an ideas.. or stories on how you asked someone in a creative way?! Thanks soo much!!!

my period will not stop i had it come 2 weeks early then it went away for a week so the day that it ended i started taking the pill and it was gone for a week then it came back for another week so my docter put me on another pill which i took to doses of the pill for 5 days and then just one after that and i have my period again....should i be concerned???

i have never had that happen i would just talk to my doctor and try to get a solution or reason figured out...but if your doctor hasnt said anything then it mustnt be anything big, so i wouldnt be too concerned..but if it keeps up like that tell your doctor..
