taking it further with this guy that i like

there's this guy that i have a massive crush on, and i think he knows that i like him.
- we make lots of eye contact
- we talk a lot
- joke around and goof off
basically we're always happy and stuff when we're around each other. i have a feeling that he might like me too. i'm not sure though, but how do i take it one step further without looking desperate? i honestly don't want to make all of the moves, and i want to let him make some moves too. maybe he just wants to be friends? i have no idea.. i really do want to be more than friends. help me please.

I know exactly what you mean. You don't want to say something if your not absolutly sure he feels the same way. Its hard to confront a guy, so ask a friend to bring it up with him in a casual conversation. Your friend shouldn't jump it on him, thats too obvious, but if a friend does a little fishing, your bound to get something that'll give you a better idea of what he thinks.

Just tell him how you feel. He could feel the same way. If you think that this guy likes you then you should just say "Hey i like you!" well maybe not that straight forward but you know what i mean. I think you are having doubts and that is just the fear in you. He could be afraid to do anything like you are. I know its scary and there is always a fifty fifty chance as to how these things could go. But if you are too afraid to do anything about anything, then you will always sit back and watch your life fly by you. What kind of fun would that be??
