whats it mean when you're ears itch on the inside and kinda hurt? i have a sore throat too and it feels like they are connected because when i swallow i can sorta feel it in my ears.

sounds like an ear infection. go get it checked out at the doctor, and if it is, they will most likely give you some eardrops.

cut out all the junk foods (chips, crackers, soda, ice cream.) get plenty of protein and fruits and vegetables. also if you can go walking for 30 mins or jogging.

I went to the doctor last week for my headaches. They're extremely bad and have been going on for a few months. I get them every day from within the first hour I wake up till I go to sleep. I usually take motrin or advil but that doesn't always help. I've also throw up a couple times and I wake up in the middle of the night from my headaches. I'm having a CAT Scan on tuesday because of it. But I'm just wondering what could be the cause of my headaches. Please respond. Thanks so much in advance.

my brother has the same problem as you. he recently got a catscan and found out it was sinuses. that could be the cause of it. but since youve thrown up from them, i think they are migraines. if so, you'll probably get put on a medicine to take every night and they will go away. (the most newest and common medicine for migraines it topomax.) im no doctor, but thats just what i think. = )

sit down with your dad and ask him nicely why he doesnt want you seeing him anymore. tell him that you still really like him, and hopefully he'll have a good reason for not seeing him anymore. if he doesnt, i would still just see him secretly. = )

so recently ive been trying to lose some weight. running, eating right (or trying) and mentally training my mind. ive lost some weight but i just cant seem to lose anymore.. and its really making me rethink the whole process and just want to give up. what should i do?

it seems like you're out of ideas for yourself, and it doesnt seem like you will be able to lose any more weight on your own. go to your local gym and get a personal trainer to help you out. you tell them what you want, and they can show you certain things you can do to get down to the weight you want.
