Advicelady6798 answered Thursday March 2 2006, 2:54 pm: Working out can help you build muscle and alot pople prefer guys to be skinny. I like guys either way but working out would be the best solution. They have bars that you can eat that helps you gain weight. You can find them anyway like walmart. LoViNu2mOuCh answered Thursday March 2 2006, 2:26 pm: Sounds like you have a really fast matabalism(sp?), but I know some guy friends of mine who are just like that. Some of the things they did was not necessarily eat fat foods, but eat foods high in protein, and work out wich put a lot of muscle weight on. tasuki answered Thursday March 2 2006, 2:26 pm: It's probably your metabolism--you might have hyperthyroidism. Then again, I'm not a doctor and I haven't given you a check up or anything. But either way, don't eat fatty foods to bulk up. They clog your arteries and are just unhealthy. You don't want to be FAT, you want to be buff. For that, you should lift weights. It won't make you skinnier, it will give you bigger muscles and even add to your weight. But I would also suggest seeing a doctor and getting your thyroid checked.
