SOME IDEAS :]

1. Put on some loud music and run around your house and dance and wiggle your arms and go crazy.

2. take a break with ICECREAMMMMMM and a magazine

3. Give yourself a makeover

4. Color in a coloring book / draw pictures

5. Lie on your bed and stare at the ceiling and make out shapes in the ceiling.

These sound weird but they make you smile when you do them and it helps and the icecream is good. hehe

ok, since you are stressed take 10 deep breaths, inhale for 5 exhale for 5. this may sound cheesy i didnt believe it either until i tried it and it really calmed me down!

then give yourself at least an hour to do what you want to do. take a soothing bath, watch tv, listen to music, or talk to your friends!

balance out everything you have to do so it doesnt build up on you.

<3goodluck!

I know exactly how you feel. I have been so stressed out from homework before that all I could do is curl up and cry. Sometimes homework can be a bit excessive, but don't let it get to you do the best you can, and try not to let your homework pile up on you all at once, try to get ahead. Good Luck.

I kind of going through the same thing right now. School's really getting to me, and I feel totally stressed. What I do is I take breaks...((Spring break is just around the corner!)) Everything will be fine. Just keep hanging on..because I know I am.

I take a hot bath (preferably with aromatherapy bath beads). Just relax up to your shoulders and close your eyes. It totally relaxes you and transforms your entire mood.

Taking a shower helps a lot. It relaxes you physically and gives you enough time away from what you're stressed about to calm down but not so much that you don't get anything done. Another thing I do to cheer myself up is eat. Don't go and eat a lot, but having your favorite snack helps so much. I used to do chemistry homework with a chocolate bar. It worked wonders. I'd bribe myself with food. Every time I finished a problem I got to eat a section of the chocolate. One more suggestion I have for you is to go for a quick jog. Just like with the shower, it will take away a lot of the tension and give your mind a little peace. Good luck!

Take a break! Seriously, take 10 min and just watch a little TV and have a small snack or something. I get stressed out about homework ALL the time and you just need to relax and (as hard as it may sound) to not worry about the time. Sitting down and doing homework for hours will burn you out, so you really need to take breaks every hour or so at least! Take the time to do this, and you will feel MUCH better and you will be able to concentrate and do better on your work! Good luck!

Well what i do is just simply tell myself that its almost finished. But i know from experience, that does not always work. If youre one of those people who can tolerate music or the tv at the same time as you do work, then id suggest that. If not, do the most hardest work first, than that way when your all finished with the most complex, you can do the simple things last. When im in a bad mood, i listen to music, and sometimes i write my stories. :] I hope i helped
