i have an ipod nano, the white one that came out like last year and i heard that the ipod battery dies after like 150 charges.. is this true? if not, when does the ipod battery die?

Mine died in less than a year, and far less than 150 charges.

i am 5 feet exactly, and i weigh 108 lbs. I know thats not like over weight, but i just want to flatten my stomach because in like... June, we go to a water park as a school fieldtrip, and we have to wear our bathingsuits. i want to look good.

You are at the perfect weight. I am the same hieight, and I weigh 5 more pounds than you do. I don't look it. People are surprised to hear that I weight over 100 pounds.

And, other than a pushup bra or bathing suit, there wi nothing you can do about your boobs. :)

when i get home from school at 230, all i can think about is eating. i regularly eat a bagel and drink a glass of orange juice for breakfast, and i have a balanced lunch. i know im not hungry when i get home, but i make myself feel like if i eat something its not a big deal. but when i do, i just wanna cry cuz i feel so bad about it. there have been a few days where im been able to not eat until dinner, and when i do i'm so proud. what could i do to make me get my mind off eating?! :[

k basically i waited until the last min to study and i have mid terms 2marrow for one of my hardest classes its history and i already have a D in that class and if i fail this mid term i gonna have to work my ass off so that i wont fail for the year. The thing is that i have ADHD and a short tension spand and its hard for me to focus on school work including studying and it sucks for me cuz im really not trying to retake a 10th grade class again when im in the 11th.. I was only thinkin the only way for me to pass is to cheat and i really dont want to do that but thats really the only way for me to pass cuz i cant focus to study and i have tried to study but i cant remember half the stuff i looked over, or i cant stay focused on it..

I am not a very bright person! Whenever I try to bring up a conversation, people always tell me that what I say either isn't right, or very "professional" but I try hard to make it sound that way. I am usually trying to sound that way at my job when I want to join in on a conversation my co-workers are having. And every time I do, they look at me really retarded and I am thinking to myself they must not think I am very smart. I don't think they have ever seen the "smart" side of me since I am always doing clutzy things at work, and trying to relate to what they are talking about. I hope that makes sense, so I am asking if anyone has any tips on how I can sound more professional without looking like a total idiot? Thanks.

That doesn't make sense. I know what you're trying to say, but it's not correct usage of the word "retarded."

In your question you leave out words like that. For example, "...thinking to myself [THAT] they must not think that I am very smart."

Enunciate your words. Nothing is harder on the ears than someone who doesn't fully and correctly pronounce each syllable of their words.

If the say that it "isn't right," are they referring to your grammar, or are they referring to your topic? If it's your topic, are they trying to debate with you?

Apparently, the way that I speak is sophisiticated amongst people my age, and so if you have specific examples of other things that you would like to fix, please let me know via my inbox.

I'm not big, but I'm not small. I weigh 118llbs and I'm 5'3. I don't have a HUGE Gut, but its big enough. I do run track, but I need to loose my gut fast, at least by the end of February. Please help! Thanks

Okay. You are at a normal weight for your height.

If there is a significant amount of fat, then you need to lose that first. Track is a great start.

Then you need to exercise your ab muscles.

This routine has been working for me. I look a lot thinner than when I started.

First, do 8 crunchies. Feet on the floor, knees bent, hand behind your head.

WITHOUT STOPPING (between any of these), lift your right leg and do 8 more.

Put your right foot on your left knee and bring your left elbow to your right knee 8 times, SLOWLY.

Keeping this same position, put your left leg in the air (nothing below your back should be on the floor.

Okay, now we're doing everything again, but to the opposite side.

Put it all down and do 8 regular crunchies.

Now, put your left leg on your right knee and do 8, slowly.

Raise it all up, and do 8.

Do 8 regular ones.

Put your hands under your butt and raise your legs into the air. You have 4 counts to bring them down, and four to bring them up. You must use all four counts.

Now, roll over onto your stomach. Looking at the floor, use your abs to bring you up, kind of like a crunch, but flipped over.

Do a seal stretch to stretch it out, and you're set to go.

I've been doing this everyday. It's hard, even though I do it that often.

Sometimes, For the regular crunchies, I go up like I'm in a crunchie, use my ab muscles to hold me up, and I twist from side to side. This is a hard one, too.

i want to make a whole wall in my room the shiny side of cds. how could i hang the cds on the wall, without glueing them?

also, ive heard that the cds scare away birds. i have a bird, so would this be a bad choice with a bird?

If you can drill like 10 holes in the wall, you could drill a little hook in the top of your wall and then glue the CDs to fishing line. If you meant no glue at all, then just drill holes in the tops and bottoms of the CDsand weave them together.

my face is REALLY pale.
and im going to las vegas in may.

so im thinking about going tanning a couple times before going to las vegas so that my face will become a natural color, and so that i wont burn really badly in las vegas.

im not really for the tanning bed, i know that they can cause skin cancer, but so can the sun. and im not going to get TAN.

Now, you see, I don't have bad acne at all. But every one and a while, i get random bumps. They are very tiny, but still noticable. Sometimes they are red and others and just my skin tone.

I have average skin; not oily or dry.

Any HOME REMEDIES for good results?

In theory, Limewire is a place where people can share stuff that they own te copyrights to.

People share things that they do not own the copyrights to. If you download this, then yes, you are breaking the law.

Not only do police generally not have time for this, but there are so many people, as Thew said, that the chances of them catching someone who downloaded one or two things is like .00001.

say for my sweet 16, i wanted to go out for dinner with about 6 of my close friends .. since it's my birthday party type thing, would i have to pay for dinner or would they pay for their own food? what's appropriate and not rude? if it's not necessary that i have to pay then that'd be great =] not to sound cheap but dinner for 7 or 8 people can get kind of expensive

You need to pay for them.

It's very, very rude to expect them to come, pay for their food, and give you presents.

If it's too expensive, then don't do this.

Plus, if you didn't tell people before hand, they might not bring money, and then people will feel terrible and awkward.

No problemo.

I actualy use the Clean and Clear stuff in the silver tube with the purple cap, and the rest of my products are Neutrogena.

I use Neutrogena's orange, basic face soap stuff as well as their scrub (it's light blue with dark blue beads).

I like Neutrogena a lot, too.
