is it possible for me to lose 20 lbs. by march 15? i'm going on vacation and i wanna feel good about myself. i'm 5'4 165, and i know that's a bit much. what are some examples of good meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 1 snack a day) for me to eat?
greekgodess1991 answered Monday January 15 2007, 7:20 pm: I agree with JB8954, you should eat 5 small meals per day, but along with that you should excersise as much as possible, evn if it is just walking to the store, getting the mail or doing situps while watching tv. try to drink as much water as you can because it will help cut down on the hunger as well as help you burn excess carbs. That way it keeps you going and you eat less before going to bed. Eat things like chicken lean protiens and they say walking everyday helps a lot too.
