20 lbs?

is it possible for me to lose 20 lbs. by march 15? i'm going on vacation and i wanna feel good about myself. i'm 5'4 165, and i know that's a bit much. what are some examples of good meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 1 snack a day) for me to eat?

Hey 20 lbs by march 15 is kinda pushin it dont make a goal to loose a certain amount because then you will just end up givin up so if i were you i would do this

breakfast-sumthin like a piece of fruit and 1 slice low cal toast

lunch- burrito or sandwich with low cal bread and a 100 cal pak like the 100 calorie doritos or sumthin

snack- anything 150 cal or lower

dinner-chicken portioned size with veggie

snack-anything 150 cal or lower

***just keep track of your cals and get a lot of excersize in like go for a 30 min walk every day or at least 3 times a week!

I agree with JB8954, you should eat 5 small meals per day, but along with that you should excersise as much as possible, evn if it is just walking to the store, getting the mail or doing situps while watching tv. try to drink as much water as you can because it will help cut down on the hunger as well as help you burn excess carbs.

The most you should lose in one week is 1-3 lbs. Eat 5 small meals per day. [Sm. breakfast, sm. lunch, sm. supper, 2 sm. snacks in bewteen.]

At least, this is what we were told in Phsyical Education.

recently there has been a lot of news on many different diets. Some suggest eating dinner for breakfast. That way it keeps you going and you eat less before going to bed. Eat things like chicken lean protiens and they say walking everyday helps a lot too.
