is it possible for me to lose 20 lbs. by march 15? i'm going on vacation and i wanna feel good about myself. i'm 5'4 165, and i know that's a bit much. what are some examples of good meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 1 snack a day) for me to eat?

I agree with JB8954, you should eat 5 small meals per day, but along with that you should excersise as much as possible, evn if it is just walking to the store, getting the mail or doing situps while watching tv. try to drink as much water as you can because it will help cut down on the hunger as well as help you burn excess carbs.


Ok, so im not talking about losing a ton of weight or anything like that. I just want to like trim down my size. I'm 16 and i play volleyball, soccer and i occaisonially swim competitvely. I have really muscular legs and yes i know that is important for playing sports but i just really hate it because my legs look HUGE. like for volleyball games, wearing spandex..ahh i just hate it...what are some things i can do do like trim down my muscle i guess (link)
i have the same problem, and i learned the hard way! I hope you dont mind me giving you some advice. If you have not already, you should cut out most if not all of your high fat intake( fries, burgers, most things deep fired) because this goes right to your thighs, I should know! lol Try eating more healty foods, or even foods that are baked! you can have fries, just bake them instead of deepfrying them. You should work out as much as possible, especially doing things like walking, because thats where most of our problems are, in the legs! Do calve raises, they are really easy and burn more leg fat! and you would be surprised, cutting thing out of your diet like pop and stuff high in sugar can really help to. Remember to drink lots of water! lol


Okay I have a boyfriend. And we have abig past .. like me with his friends. And he doesn't trust me at all ... He's always going through my phone and arguing with me... checkin up on my myspace & my buddylist. Also he'll "play around" hitting me, but when I play around and hit him.. he always gets mad. Ok,well fist off, does he love you? If the answer is yes then you need to get him to understand that you are with him because you love HIM, not the people in your past. You should probably sit down and talk because if he cant trust you then you cant have a decent relationship. Relationships are based on trust, love and communication, if you dont ahve all three of these, then you dont really have a relationship. And secondly, NO ONE, not even your boyfriend has the right to hit you, even if he is just playing around. If you let him do that when he's just playing around, he might think you dont care and it might get worse. One day might come when he gets mad and "plays around" to hard. You need to figure out how he cares about you, because if he doesnt feel the same way towards you that you feel towrds him, then he's not worth your time!
