Okay I have a boyfriend. And we have abig past .. like me with his friends. And he doesn't trust me at all ... He's always going through my phone and arguing with me... checkin up on my myspace & my buddylist. Also he'll "play around" hitting me, but when I play around and hit him.. he always gets mad. I don't know what to do cause I love him withh my life. Whhattt do I doo?! (link)

This sounds like a manipulating and controling guy. He is spying and thinks that it is ok to pretend to hit as long as he doesn't really hit.
Sounds pretty classic of an abusive or at least signs of abuse to come. What is it all worth to you? What are you worth to you? I suggest laying down some boundaries that will allow to take care of you and your needs. If he can't follow You remind yourself of your worth and go from there.

is it possible for me to lose 20 lbs. by march 15? i'm going on vacation and i wanna feel good about myself. i'm 5'4 165, and i know that's a bit much. what are some examples of good meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 1 snack a day) for me to eat?

recently there has been a lot of news on many different diets. Some suggest eating dinner for breakfast. That way it keeps you going and you eat less before going to bed. Eat things like chicken lean protiens and they say walking everyday helps a lot too.

Alright I just eat a big bag of Sour Skittles..(the 151 g bag) and I was fine and then I was eating the sour powder. A few minutes after I coughed and pink stuff came up. It has a bit of an odour to it and I don't know what it could be. Also I've been suffering a sore throat could that have something to do with it? (link)

The odor is simply the bile produced to help break down what we eat. The color is from the skittles. Nothing to worry about.
