I accidently whacked my friend in the head with my badminton racket! There's like a redish spot-like bump on her forehead, kinda looks like blood is trying to explode out of her skin! Is it serious? Is it just a bruise? Will she be ok?

I can't really tell you if she'll be okay from what you have told me. Your friend should see a doctor, if the swelling hasn't gone down after a day or two. Just don't panic.

It's kind of odd that he told you where he's going to put his hands. Just put them anywhere that you'll be comfortable. When he kisses you you probably wont be thinking about that anyways.

ok this is reallyyy embarecing..i have like stretch marks on my breasts and thighs. is this normal? and will or when they go away? i hateee them sooo much.

A lot of girls get stretch marks on both their breasts and thighs, it's completely normal. They may fade in time if you use cocoa butter or they may just naturally fade, but you're pretty much stuck with them. However there is surgery to get rid of them if you choose.

the skin on my armpit is darker than my normal skin color, so when i shave it theres still a dark spot there. how do i get rid of it so that my underarm skin is the same tone as the rest of my skin?

If you put baby powder under your arms every night the dark spots will get lighter.

I have been having trouble breathing lately, but I don't know why..

It can't be asthma, I am sure. Yet every time I breathe in I feel like I am not getting enough oxygen in my lungs. I also yawn a lot so that also tells me my body isn't getting enough oxygen..

I do guess it could be from acid reflux that I have. My parents think I am going crazy so they won't do anything. What can I do?

You should go to the school nurse and taalk with her. Maybe have her write a note to your parents, and may be ably to tell you what could possibly be wrong with her.

Be honest with your mother and tell her how you feel. Tell her you're back together but you don't appreciate her negativity on the subject of your relationship, and that It would mean a lot to you if she would support you. Even if she doesn't like your boyfriend she should at least be able to hold back her comments and trust you to make your own decisions.

Well it should only be between two guys since one has a girlfriend. As for which one you choose no one can really decide for you. It's your choice, no one on here knows the guys you like better than you. Which guy you like better? If you're sure one of them likes you and you like them then that would be a good choice, But you should decide who you have stronger feelings for and who you would rather be with.

I'm doing a show at my high school & I'm getting a personal mic. Whenever I see I high school show I always hear them breathing really loud into their mics, and then they sing way to loud and it hurts my ears. I don't want to be like that haha. Does anyone (with expierence, don't just guess please.) have any tips to avoid these things while singing and dancing? Please help and thanks!!

Breahte deeply, If you don't your breath will be shallow and people will be able to hear your breathing. And don't put your lips to close to the mic, you should be able to fit your fist between the mic and your mouth. Also don't sing loud because you think people won't be able to hear you. Sing normally, that's what the microphones for.

No, there only your friends. And hugging is a friendly gesture. I hug my friends all the time and they're guys and girls, so your not cheating on your boyfriend. Your only playing around with them. It probably feels wrong because you feel as if you may be cheating on your boyfriend, but your not. So you have nothing to worry about.

ok this is stupid, it happened a while ago (two months ago to be exact) but it bothers me.

so i was with my ex bf for two weeks. i had absolutely no feelings for him. he reaaallly liked me.

on our first date (thats when he asked me out) he kissed me. it was gross. he had fresh breathe, it was dark, and i wasnt nervous... until we kissed.

our next date we hung out downtown, and he HAADDDD to hold my hand. it was sooo annoying. like we would go into a store, and was always holding my hand and i had to look through stuff with one hand.

also he would kiss me all the time, which i hated, so i lied and said i dont like kissing in public or in general. i said that at least 3 times. he did not get it. he would still lean in for a kiss. i would just turn so he would kiss me on the cheek.

he would also say i love you all the time, and i felt obligated to say i love you back, even though i didnt mean it.

needless to say i broke up with him. but then he started sending me messages on myspace saying hi how are you, and even though i didnt reply he would send more and more. he even left me a message on my cell phone to wish me a happy bday. (this was about 2-3 weeks after i dumped him.


now i'm kinda scared to say yes when someone asks me out. i said yes to my ex cuz i thought i will grow to love him, but it was the opposite. i feel like i have to say yes to only the guys i have a crush on, or else i will grow to hate him and i wont even be friends with him. any feedback on this?

pps. hes from el salvador and speaks spanish, he was only in the usa for two months when we went out. but i speak spanish pretty well so we were able to understand each other (he spoke english pretty well too)

It sounds like the attraction was pretty much one sided, so you weren't wrong to break up with him. It's okay to be his friend though. And If you don't like a guy, why say yes. You should only say yes to guys you like, because then you don''t have to worry about not liking them later into the relationship.
