**** I've been gone quite a long time. However I'm still breathing though it's touch and go. Don't expect me to answer or check in much. ****Welcome to the junkdrawer that is my brain! I know something about many things, and I if I don't know it, I admit that I don't know. I love and have experience with many types of animals, including the human. I don't offend easy and I am generally cynical and a smart-butt. I love to drive, read, work on the computer and I spend WAY too much time watching Anime and bidding on ebay.

It could also be that you're trying to use the wrong size. They make them real slim these days. Try a smaller one. It can also mean that you have a bit of irritaion down there too. A&D ointment, you get this in the baby care section, works great for that kind of thing. Don't worry too much, everyone has a first time tp horror story.
should i lose weight to make a guy like me? i mean i AM little overweight and my parents think so too and ive gained like 10 pounds, so im like 15 pound overweight! so i am wondering because i think guys havent asked me out yet is becuase of this! i know 2 guys who already liked me but they thought i was funny and nice and everything.. im not wow fat, but should i lose weight now? because is this the last straw?
The only questions you need to ask are to yourself. Do you feel healthy? Do you like the way you look? I'm not talking about anyone else, just you! You don't need to be a slave to a number, ideal weight is not exact. Your ideal weight is where you feel best and like the way you look. If someone wants you to loose weight for THEIR ideal and you allow it when it is not what YOU want that is foolish. Plenty of guys like girls who are real about who they are. 10-15 pounds is vanity weight if you feel healthy and active, but if that's what you want then there is nothing wrong with loosing it. Doing something just for a guy to notice you or for your parents to approve will keep you in an endless cycle of misery. No one wants the same thing or has the same ideals, and the only person you'll have to face for the rest of your life is yourself. Who are you? What do you want? "They" don't really matter in this choice. I don't matter. Only YOU! Think!

last year was the bomb but this year sux. i have a new bestfriend and i love her to death but ok lastyear all of the guys kinda liked me and now they don;t like me anymore. i was talking to my best guyfriend and he said guys are scared to get regeted by me. CAN you believe that they are scared of me! so0o0o0 stupid! so now they r moving on to the new best thing, my best friend. I dont know but i kinda miss knowing guys like but i am trying to get over it but i miss knowing that someone likes me. I dono im so0o0 confused. Sweetheart, it's not that you're scary. It's that boys that age are insecure. The only way they wouldn't be frightened of a super good looking girl is if she's dumb as dirt or a total slut. Don't lower yourself to that. Be who you are and one with enough guts to be worthy of you will come along. Until then, sorry, it will be a bit lonely. You'll be glad of it in the long run. I collect coffee mugs. I have 804. I can't stop collecting them, every time I am out for dinner with my parents I cant' stop looking at coffee mugs. Mum accidently smashed one the other day and I just lost it, I was crying and screaming at her. I don't want to be like this, but I really love my mugs.

You don't seem to be obsessive compulsive, just OBSESSIVE. You have gone beyond the world of collecting into the world of overkill. Since I have this tendency myself, I understand the need to complete a set. I have not stuck with one thing though. I switch back and forth between things - Books, Anime DVDs, Chinese Antique Jade, keychains, ect... Your single minded obsession doesn't cost as much as mine, mugs are generaly much cheaper than $60 a piece jade figures shipped from China, but it seems to be interfering with your life. (Mine just bounces a check or two every now an then if I'm not careful.) You do need to seek help before it gets worse. I manage to keep my self sane by switching around like an addict with no access to their favorite drug, but help would be a good thing even for me. I won't seek it, but I should. You should too. I've always been really skinny. People always think im anorexic and all my friends are like where do u put ur food? But i dont get my period every month probably because of it so i don't know how healthy my weight is. I'm about 5'6 and weigh about 103. Do YOU think thats healthy. NO, that is NOT healthy. Being too thin will cause you to skip periods and lots of other problems just as bad as being too fat. What you really need is a PROFESSIONAL opinion, not from a web site, but from a dietician or Doctor (general practitioner or your gynocologist not a diet doctor). Everyone's body is different and has different requirements to remain healthy. Only a profession who KNOWS you will be able to give you an accurrat assessment of your needs. Your body is already giving you signs that it's not happy. Take the time to listen to it and find a doctor you can trust to help you reach your best. Luck!
ok , heres the thing , i got mad at my friend and now shes pissed at me and then i thought i should call her but i got no answer . anyway that part doesnt matter much cuz heres the important part , i got mad at my other friend for like using me to send notes to the many guys she likes cuz i like kno all the guys in my skool . ( or at least in the 7th and 8th grades ) and so the other day she wrote a note to a guy and asked me to give it to him so me and my friends went and like wrote stuff on it like the girls name , phone number and ect. and me and my other friends are going to put it in his band locker . does this make me sound like a bad friend or someone whos really angry ? should i send it or not ? im confused

There is a little thing called KARMA, that I like to think of as cosmic revenge. If you take revenge into your own hands then you will be subject to this cosmic justice system. While it often takes time to appear, I have yet to see it fail to wreak mayhem on believer and non-believer alike.
Another point that is a bit more important, THIS SITUATION IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!! Get a backbone and say no for God's sake. Tell them to deliver notes themselves or just talk to the guys. I mean good grief, what is the point of giving an anonymous note? If they don't have the guts on their own in the first place, it's hardly worth the effort on someone else's part to deliver the message. How would they follow through? Pathetic!!
ok well i have windows XP and if any one else has it if u look at teh corner of ur taskbar it has leik a globe icon and mine is gone i used to have it but not no moor and when i try to get it bac it says i need a supervisor password.. do u no what teh password could be cuz no one made one up or do u no how to get it back.. thx
If this is a work computer call tech support. If this is a home computer and it's used, you are most likely screwed. If this is a home computer are you signed in under guest or your own name? Who set up the XP system? Do they have a user name on the system? Either way go to start then control panel. Search the control panel items till you find administrative options. If it won't let you change anything, you're screwed. Screwed means you may have to reinstall the program, but I'd go to a pay tech site before waisting my time with that. I could give you better info and advise, but this is my work computer, NT. My home computer is XP. I have nothing to look at here for reference, just memory. Luck!
well see in my religion its a sin to pluck or wax eyebrows but the thing is everyone i no who are also muslims pluck/wax their eyebrows except my mom and sister.. im almost 14 years old and i think its my choice wheater i touch my eyebrows ... and tonight my dad is goin to get his hair cut and i want to go w. him to get my eyebrows done wut cud i say to my mom to get her to say okay?

Ask your mother if there is an approved method other than plucking and waxing? There is a method of string removal that is performed by a Muslim lady where I work. I understand the vanity is a sin thing. That's a standard in my religion too, but you don't want to look like a gorrila either. Unabrows can't be popular in any religion. And it hurts to get your brows done. Suffering should count for something. Luck!

i went out with guy like 2 months ago who i really really liked but then he dumped me and i found out that he had been 2 timing me but he just said he didnt and even if he did it wasnt like we were married or anything but iw as really hurt. then we became rfiends and he said he wanted to be really good friends but whenever i see him he just ignores me but i still really like him and i think he sought of still likes me but is trying not to show it. I would love it someone gave me some advice as this is really very important to me!

He's a player. Period, end of story. You want to know why, right? Here's the scoop from my experience. You found out he was 2 timing, he denied it even after he broke up: This means, he wants a back up and thinks you're too into him to have a brain. He feels sure about you, that you'll jump at the chance to be with him again if he screws up with his current game. He thinks if he talks friendship even though he gives you the cold shoulder that you'll drool after him and he can pick you up anytime he likes. This is just so his other girl or girls don't see him pay attention to you. So far it looks like he's right. Don't let him play you like this. You seem like a sweet girl who can do so much better. Get yourself together and move on. This is not the kind of guy you even need to try to stay friends with, they'll only abuse the honor.
Ok. My recent exboyfriend & I both work at the same place. That is how we met but now still have to work together despite us breaking up. It has only been about 2 weeks since we broke up and he's been telling everyone at work that it was mostly him who wanted to break up. I know this is kind of dumb but this bothers me because I was the one who had to bring it up(us breaking up). He never said anything to me about wanting to break up. And so he knows that it was mutual yet he's telling everyone that it was mostly him. He's the type of person to be boastful about things so this is just another added bonus. Should I confront him about it and how this bothers me and risk our friendship or just let it go and let him have his fame & glory?
Trust me, he's not making friends acting like that. Let him. Even though it's not the truth, just imagine what other girls are thinking about him now. Who'd want to get with a guy who brags about supposedly breaking his CO_WORKERS heart? WHERE she can hear it? You don't have to do a thing. He's shooting himself in the foot over his ego, and he'll pay for it all on his own. Just watch and enjoy.

This might be confusing, so if it is, sorry. But this girl I've known since 6th grade,(I'm now a freshman, grade 9) Brittany, and have had classes with since 7th, and became friends with this year, well her mom had a tumor in her eye. And Brittany's mom had it removed about a week ago. And she had to have her head shaved because they were doing surgery going through her head. Well, lately Brittany has been getting upset a lot in class, and I want to try to cheer her up, and make her happy, but her mom might be dying because the surgery didn't go to well, she's recovering, but not the best way possible, so I have a few questions.
1.) What can I say to her to comfort her, she knows I give advice, and a lot of times she asks me, but when it comes to a personal friend, it's hard
2.) This really weird teacher that none of us like who is a lesbian (not saying that's bad, but... it's weird w/ what she's been doing) Well, she, w/o Britt's permission, told the whole class about Britt's mom, and Britt ran out crying, and we didn't know how to comfort her. And then that teacher gave Britt her cell phone number, and was like call me, and don't leave a message, keep calling until you reach me, so I was wondering, is that okay for a teacher to do that? None of us like her, and Britt said she asked 2 teachers about it, and they said it wasn't normal, but Britt does tend to over exaggerate, or lie about things (she's really popular, and does whatever she can to boost the popularity, I didn't like her until this year b/c I always thought she had a perfect life and was concieted, b/c she's really rich and stuff, but now that I've gotten to know her, I've realized why she acts that way.)
3.) We're only 14, and freshman in high school. I don't associate with her that much outside of school, unless it's at a game, or if we see each other at the mall, like I don't invite her to the mall with me and my friends, but if we see each other, we talk, and/or walk around w/ each other. So please, help me try to comfort her, and is it right for that teacher to be doing what she's doing? What can I do to help, or what can I say. Also are there any gifts I could give her for x-mas that might make her feel better, or might make her laugh, or smile? I'm not trying to be weird, or act gay, but it's been so long since I've seen her smile, and it's been so long since I've heard her laugh. She's cut her wrists in the past, and I don't want her to use self-harm again, and I'm afraid about with what's going on with her mom, she might go farther than just cutting her wrists.
Oh, and about the whole teacher thing, we don't know how that teacher found out, Brittany didn't say anything to her, we figure she must've overheard Britt telling one of us. Please, any help would be appreciated! And if you're one of those people that like to leave sarcastic, or rude advice, I could do with a good laugh, so make it funny. Thanks in advance for all the help. And again, sorry it's so long.
She's just needs someone to be there for her right now. You can't say anything to make her feel better, but ask her if there is something you can do. She'll most likely say no, but she'll know you are willing to help. Give her you're phone number and tell her to call if she needs to talk. Don't push anything and try not to be pitying. Just be willing to listen. This isn't something you can fix.
The teacher is being extremely unprofessional. The way she arranged that situation is controlling, cruel, and designed to push your friend from other students who may want to help. I don't trust that she has good intentions. Making a girl feel pitied by her classmates is the most embarrassing, alienating thing a teacher can do. Your teacher is female, she can not have forgotten how delicate self esteem is at that age. I am furious for you and your friend. The damage from that moment will be with your friend the rest of her life. The woman should be reported to your parents, your friend's father, the principle, and anyone else you can think of that will listen. It would be best if you discuss reporting to your friend first. As much as I PERSONALY think your teacher should be flogged and fired, it would damage your relationship with your friend to go behind ger back on something that effects her so much. I wish the both of you well!
i have a 3 year old bichon frise, and he IS potty trained. when he was younger we would let him out like 10 times a day to pee. well all the sudden this year he's been peeing on the carpets like at least once a week. we're selling our house, so we got BRAND NEW CARPETS throughout the house, and he still keeps peeing on those! we even get the spray stuff to disguise the smell so he won't go back to the spot but he still does. my dad says if he pees in our new house we're giving him away! =( so how do i get him to stop? i suggested obedience school but they said no he's too old. how do we discipline him PLEASE help if you know about dogs.
He is marking. This has nothing to do with house training. When a male, even nuetered, feels stressed and out of control of his environment he will try to take some control by marking territory. Also it could be his displeasure at the activity I'm sure is taking place in the house. Also if you're selling the house new people scents can trigger the behavior. All I can do is explain some of his reasons. My sister has a Male Pomeranian and so do I. The boys are litter mates and both are "fixed," but when I moved in with my sister her boy started peeing on the bathroom rugs. This stops instantly whenever my boy is staying with my parents. When both boys are at my parents my sister's dog pees on my parent's bathroom rug. So we know my boy triggers the bad behavior in her's. Something is causeing your boy stress, if you can figure out what it is and stop it great, but I think it is most likely the changes in your house. The marking may stop once he feels secure in your new home, but... This is one of the most difficult behaviors to stop. Get a few good books and see what they suggest. Hope something works!

A certain amount of fear is a part of any budding relationship. He's afraid to loose you. It sounds like he's going a bit too far though. Controlling behavior, which includes over-protectiveness, needs to be watched closely. He doesn't trust your relationship enough to let you be yourself around other men. Sometimes this can be worked out with time and sometimes... You don't want a man who doesn't care what you do, but it can get out of hand and abusive really fast. Depending on his personality when you try to talk about it, and you should, he may shut down and become unresponsive. Let him know you are afraid of loosing him because he doesn't trust you. It also sounds like he is jelous of his friend for having you first and also if his friend couldn't hold you how can he? You're dealing with fear and ego and it sounds like a touch of childish I won't share my toys kind of thing. Well you aren't a toy and you care enough about him to try to find an answer. He has you now, not his friend. It may not work out between you two if he won't open up and admit even to himself why he's so bothered. (He may not know. It's easier looking back than forward.) Hey Im getting braces in a week.. i was wondering if there was anything i should do to prevent the pain.. or to get rid of the pain.. or could somebody jsut tell me how much pain there even really is? cuz i get different answers from like everyone i ask.. i just wanna be prepared. I know i should take advil before getting them put on, and i should bring chapstick with me.. any more advice? Oh and btw.. what color should i get lol i was thinking pink cuz i thought it might be cute? or would pink be too babyish for a 15 yr old? thanks ill rate!!
Braces ache more than plain hurt. It goes away after your teeth start moving, but until then it's really annoying and sometimes you arre just so tired of hurting you cry. It's not that the pain is unbearable or even terribly bad, it just stays the same until you can't stand it after awhile. There is this this great stuff called Perpogiesic. You can ask your pharmacy for it. It's over the counter, but easier to say to someone else than hunt on the shelf. This stuff is the bomb for braces pain. Advil and Tylenol just don't cut it. Also get some dental wax from your ortho. You can't chew gum, but chewing on the wax eases the soreness. Luck!

He's too confused about himself to give you anything real right now. WHat this situation needs is time and maturity. On both sides. Love makes you do nutzo things. Lust even more nutzo things. Don't rush into anything, but for God's sake get tested often if you decide to go through with the relationship. It's dangerous enough if your guy's been with other girls, but you double the risk when he's been with both (mostly cuz it usually means double the partners). Personally the thought freaks me, but you know him, I don't.

Some store will embroider a bag with a name and soccer logo if you like. Look in the phone book and call around. MY sister did this for my cheerleader cousin. She loved it.

Looks like you have a snake in your house. I've never had a problem dropping a friend who betrayed me, and it really appears that is what she's doing. But maybe not. Assess your relationship with her first. Why do you concider her a friend, why are you her friend? Is there any stronger reason than popularity or you've just always known each other?
If there is think about how she's treated you in the past. Would she be the kind of person to put you down to make herself feel better? Would she be the kind to take your seconds out of jelousy? Could she be trying to make you fight to get him back because she knows how you feel? Think about it. You know her better than anyone else in this situation. The best way to figure out a new look is to go to one of those fashion counters in a department store and ask or set your self up for a free make over. Those people are trained for this and want the commission from anything you might buy.
