Q: Where it says your feedback.. well sometimes it says like 2 new and I click on it and nothing is there. Plus when I view my feedback on my advice column I only see the ones with commets. Why does it do this?

well the admin made it so that it would only show the ones with comments because the other ones seriously are of no usage and are boring to look at & the (2 new) thing for your feedback is somewhat new so it still may be having glitches (it should get straightened out soon).

Q: My guy friend is mad at me. I called him a couple days ago to apologize and he didn't listen to me...I didn't even do anything!! I just said something after he pissed me off! But I've known him sooo long and I don't wanna ruin our friendship over something as stupid as this! Should I apologize again??? Help!

maybe you should wait about a week and see if he comes to you. and if he doesn't then i would try apologizing again. but try to apologize in person so he can tell that you really are sorry and you care about the friendship yall have. hopefully he'll understand!

Q: i want to go on a diet. every is like "no you are so skinny!" which is true, but i want to stay skinny! im not trying to loose weight, im trying to maintain it! so please help me out on ways to do that!

by consuming a reasonable amount of food and excerising for about 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a week

*calorie input should= calorie output to maintain a healthy weight =D

Q: I want to go on a low carb diet. What foods should I avoid eating and what foods are good for me to eat on my diet? Thanks to anyone who answers.

*i would recommend south beach diet over the atkin's diet! :) (south beach is a long-term diet and its low carb/high fiber)

good fats- nuts (almond, walnuts, pecans), avacados, virgin olive oil, whole wheat anything (pasta, pizza)

avoid- white bread, potatoes, regular pasta/pizza, bananas, anything w/ tons of yucky fat (cookies, cakes, etc)

Q: so me and my boyfriend have been broken up for about amonth we talk sometimes i mean we are still friends and we do talk n all that but the reason we broke up was to giv ehim space n stuff n so thats what im tryign to do just kinda let hi mcome to me if he wants to talk uk.. well theres this other guy a year older than me totaly diff grade and he is in love with me he drives me anywheres i want to go but liek when i hang out with him its just not there all i can think of is my old boyfriend and dont wanna boyfriend for the summer unless its my old boyfriend but i dont think this new older boy gets it he just always wants to hang out and always be with me and ya sure ill hang out and hes a great guy hes like perfect everythign a girl would want n i wanna like him but something just wont let me and idk what it is.. it sounds like your having a very difficult time getting over your ex. if you still feel that something may be there between the two of you, then talk to him and tell him how you feel.

if you dont like this new guy, then dont keep letting him take you places because he may get the wrong impression and think you like him like he likes you. tell him that your not completely ready for a new b/f. hopefully he'll understand and ya'll can still hang out as friends.

Q: Ok, My best friend Ethan and I have been best friends since we met this year, and I would do anything for him. Well, hes going out with this girl, Skylar. I dont mean to name names, but shes a total prep, and she HATES ME. And I'm not very fond of her either. Ever since they have been going out, Ethan is all different. I used to be able to tell him anything, but whenever I say something bad about Skylar on accident, he gets all mad, and I feel like I cant trust him anymore. I want to tell him so badly that Skylar is being a jerk to me and my friends, but he wont listen to me, i'm positive he wont. I feel like I'm not part of his life anymore, I just feel like I'm in the background, and Skylar is always getting her way with everything. I mean, do you ever get that feeling where you know that hes waking up thinking about the totally wrong girl, yet you hope that he finds happiness in his life, even if it means kicking you out of it? well thats how I feel. So here are my questions...

1) How do I tell him how I really feel about him and Skylar without him getting mad?

2) How do I get a more positive attitude out of this?

1) it sounds like he doesnt want to hear anything negative about his new g/f because that will make him feel like he's made a bad choice on who to date. so i would just let him figure it out. or if there's a way you can prove that skylar is being mean to you.

2) its like you said, you want him to be happy no matter what even if it means your not in his life. so just think about that. if hes happy, then you should be happy for him. their relationship doesnt sound like its going to last too long, so when they break up be there for him and support him.

Q: i don't know if anyone knows the answer to this, but i figure i'll ask it anyways. recently, whenever i've gone pee i get a really weird, almost burning sensation. but it's not during the whole thing, it only happens at the end, and then it leaves the lower part of my pelvis feeling funny too. anyone have any idea what this could be? if it goes on for a few more days i'm gonna go to the doctor, but i was just wondering if anyone might have any random remedies or clues as to what i could do to avoid the doctor. if it helps any i'm 19 and am not a virgin.

a burning sensation while you urinate is a very common symptom of STDs.another symptom is abnormal discharge. and since your not a virgn, you may have one. so its a good idea to go the doctor and ask them to test you for an STD.

Q: ok so help plz c the problem is i have a big nose brown hair and eyes and a small upper lip and i always keep my hair down i wanted to know what kind of makeup to wear what kind of clothes to wear and what kind of hair styles i should do. thanx love ya

try loreal lipgloss to make your lips look more 'plump.' for your hair, try parting it to the side every once in awhile. or if your daring, dye it or get it cut w/ bangs or layers. if its straight, try curling it. if its curly, try straightening it.

for brown eyes, i think bronzey shades would look good or a lavender color.

for your clothes, wear stuff that complements your body. if you like your legs, wear cute skirts, etc.

Q: Hey i love my jeans with holes in them and i have a couple pair of jeans without holes in them. i was wondering how i could put holes in them so it looked natural not like i just took scissors and just cut a hole in them. thank you! xoxo_*

put the jeans on. and where ever you want a hole take sand paper and rub hard in those areas. or if you know the exact places then you can just rub sand paper without the jeans on. then wash them twice and you'll start to see those thread things that make them look natural.

i have fair skin too. so if your wanting like a brand and stuff, i would suggest cover girl clean foundation or the powder compact in ivory shades!

Q: ok so i sweat and i dont sweat only on my head. I sweat on my chest and now i have these red dots sorta like acne! i only get a couple but how do i make them go away?? *they arent very attractive*! lol Please help i rate easy 5s!!

well for your chest you could use baby powder. but always get the sensitive kind because if you dont it could cause more red dots. (try soft and dry or johnson's!) for your face, i would just suggest washing your face every day :/.

to get rid of the dots, you can use an acne wash (like clean and clear) and the powder should help too. cleanse those areas everyday.

take white paint and a paintbrush or even a toothbrush and splatter it all over (in some areas heavier than others for a cool affect). and take em and scrape them all over the rough parts of the sidewalk. like throw them down and rub them really hard lol. if you want faded marks in certain areas (crotch or below the butt looks cute) then you can use a thick cloth and rub just a little bit of bleach in those areas.

Q: Alrighty...here i go...well i was supposed to graduate this year but like a week before graduation my guidance counselor calls me and says that i don't have enough credits to graduate...so im not...she said i would have to come back next year...I ABSOLUTELY HATE MY SCHOOL...i get in fights and everything bc i have a bad temper and ppl just piss me off...i was seriously thinking about dropping out...but i dont know...i need some help....

ag that sucks! but dont drop out of high school!! thatd be crazzzzy! i bet your soo close to graduating!! since you dont like your school, maybe you could go to summer school so that you can get out early every day (senior release). or most school districts have an alternative school (like for austin, tx- its garza) that allows you to go at your own pace so you can maybe graduate in one semester.

Q: Ok, I'll have been going out with my boyfriend for 2 weeks, tomorrow. I've heard rumors that if his g/f wont have sex with him that he dumps them after a month. And I'm 13 and I don't want to have sex. He is having a party next weekend and invited me to it. Its a pool/birthday party at his house. If my mom lets me go, I'm going. But if that rumors true...he well might wanna ya know. What should I do?

if he dumps you for not having sex after a month then thats screwed up.. hes not in it for love, hes in it for lust.

if he comes on to you at the party, then DONT GIVE IN TO THE PRESSURE because you have already said that you dont want to have sex. just tell him NO and leave and tell him that your not ready. if he doesnt understand, then he shouldnt be someone your dating.
