After you work out and get all sweaty, take a shower. You can use special body cleanser to help the dots go away. If you got nemore questions, feel free to ask away!

Oh, I have the same thing on my chest. I get like little red pimples and they arent very big, but they are really ugly...lol but so what I do is, my mom has this acne medicine stuff she gets from her doctor and its in a little bottle and you squeeze it and rub it on your acne and she got some for me because i occasionally get pimples so ask your mom or guardian to go tothe doctor and get you some. It works great. Hope I helped! -|-PRP-|-

ok. so hear is what you do: first, tell an adult like ur mom or something. ask if their is any family history of this and if so, see what they did to help. if not, go to a doctor. maybe he/she can give you something that will help! just dont leave it alone.
toodaloo!

well for your chest you could use baby powder. but always get the sensitive kind because if you dont it could cause more red dots. (try soft and dry or johnson's!) for your face, i would just suggest washing your face every day :/.

to get rid of the dots, you can use an acne wash (like clean and clear) and the powder should help too. cleanse those areas everyday.

good luck & hope i helped- :)

It's normal to sweat in summer...it's hot!

It could be a form of heat rash which I sometimes get om my legs. =( Try Gold Bond powder on the area or if you really think it's acne try facial clensing wash on you chest it works for me. Clean and Clear is a good bet.
