hi, well sometimes its the age, but what will help you is if you eat healthy, like cut the crapy food...dont eat to much oil or whatever...because all the crapy things that the food has gets out in pimples and zits. so i bet if you eat healthy you wont have as much!...also dont mess with them.. sometimes they appear when your periods are about to come!...so..if eating healthy doesnt help then go to a doctor that could recomend you a product that will help or something! xoxo effy

hi, well i'm just going to tell you what i do....everytime i strech out...streching is very important...also when i work out...sometimes i work out everything...but most of the times i work out legs 1 day and the next day i work out stomache and hands...there are lots of machines for legs and for stomache...i say do as much as you can...i always strech out...and then start running on the machine...for like 10 min...and then i work out either legs or abs and hands...when you work out legs...try to work out every singel part of it...also when u working out legs work out your butt 2. hope i helped xoxo effy

hi, hmm you need to run 1 mile at least 3 dayz a week. the other days you could work on you're abs by doing crunches. also make up excercise on you're own. add some dancing if you like to dance. or start swiming..hmm cut the snaks out...dont eat junk food like for ex: chips, chocolate,dont eat ice cream till u loose some pounds or you could eat the non fat yougurt if you want. hmmm dont miss breakfast or lunch nor dinner. eat all three of them..but not 2 much... hope i helped xoxo effy

hi, well i'm sorry to break this down to you this way, but no matter what you say to the person he is going to get hurt no matter what...but if you want to hurt him less as possible without being mean or anything like that...hmm i would say something like "i'm sorry but i dont think this is working, we're kinda to different from eachother and i see you more as a friend then as a boyfriend. i care about you a lot but i think it will be better if each goes their ways. i would like to still be your friend but if its hard for you now, i understand!" he might ask you why? what did i do wrong, or whatever...so like i said no matter what he is going to get hurt...just i dont know let him down as easly as possible...but sometimes just saying the truth streight up without giving excuses its better because a lot of guys prefear that so you could just be like "i'm sorry i dont see this is going anywhere...i dont really feel about you the way i use to..." or something like that. good luck..xoxo effy

This might sound strange, but I need tips on how to fight. I know how to hold my fists and how to swing, but I'm scared to break my knuckles or fingers when I swing at someone. I shouldn't be fighting, but I need to learn how to defend myself when someone starts with me, which has happened before and I didn't know how to fight. a good spot to hit someone will b in their nose beacuase they loose control and w/e. if you're going to fight someone dont do to much blabing...as soon as the person comes to you dont let them come closer just hit them right away...if you hit them first and you hit them on the nose...the rest will be eazy :) cuz some people fall when that happens and you can kick them or something :)....xoxo effy

Lately my zits have gotten really bad. I try various face washes, alcohol pads, etc. Nothing works and they're getting worse. I don't have the money to go out and buy expensive treatments. hi, hmm well another reason why zits appear its beacause of the kind of food you eat...you got to watch what you eat.. dont eat to much unhealthy food...as much healthy you eat the better you're skin will be...(it also depends on the person but usually most of the times it works and its true.) hmm also if you're a girl they appear beacause your period are about to come. or to some people its the age...and in a certain age they just appear...but like i said the more healthy you eat the better the skin will be...so watch what you eat. hope i helped a little. good luck xoxo effy

Every time i wash my hair when it dries it gets all sticky and stiff kind of..like i put gel in it when i rele didnt. i always make sure i rinse it out good, and ive tried various shampoos and conditionerz. i think you should just accept who you are and just be your self. 100 pounds its not that bad after all there are people worst then you...i think you're ok! so just dont try to gain weight just eat normal and if it happens it happens if not...i dont think ur skinny to the extreme! so...xoxo effy

I was going out with brian but he randomly wouldnt call me and my computer was broken. so i asked him online when i was at my friends and he was like im sorry i forgot.
