Ok... Tommorrow I am going to the Gym for my first time. I dont know what machines or activities i can do.. Or which machines I'd be best suited for.. So help me please... I am 5'4 and 130 pounds i want a tone but i dont kno which machines or activities can help you out when you want to get a tone... thanks..
