Q: what songs make you want to be a better person, motivate you, make you feel determined, or inspire you?

Well i ABSOLUTELY love the song Stand by Rascal Flatts but it just personaly just depends on the type of person you are and what music you listen to but I love that song. Hope you like it just as much as I do.

Just be like "dad can i get a myspace. its totally safe cause i can put it on private to where only people i know can look ay my myspace. also just be like i really want one" and everyone has one, just keep asking him, eventually he will break down and let you get one

Q: can someone explain to me like, the difference between the imperfect and the preterite tense? and give examples of ar, er and ir verbs. i'm just really confused & google isn't helping. i can't ask my teacher anyway + she's totally weird and would probably confuse me even more. thanks :)

i don't know about the imperfect and preterite verbs but i know the ar er and ir verbs

Q: hi volleyball chik, this is chandler. i met this guy and i asked him a question, and now every time i see him he follows me. he really creeps me out but he is really nice so i dont want to tell him to bug off. what do i do?

Just pull him aside and quietly and nicely tell him that you dont like him but you dont want to be mean to him. just be nice so he doesnt start to cry or anything. Even though guys may never show emotion they still do have feelings so make sure that you are sensitive towards thos feelings.

Q: Okay, so I am fifteen and I am about to turn sixteen towards the end of the month. I am just wondering, what is it about turning sixteen that girls are really excited about? You know, like, they throw really huge parties and stuff like that.... Please do explain to me what turning sixteen signifies.

I guess people who turn 16 just get really excited because thats the age when you get to drive and its like a transition to a young lady, i dont know

Q: Yesterday, I went to the mall with my Mom. I found a really cute skirt, and a top. When I tried it on, my mom insisted that "they were too tight." This happens ALL the time when we go shopping. Every time I try something on, my mom says, "No, its too tight" or "I think you need a bigger size," when I really don't. Something could fit just fine, and she would still insist that it is too small.

So the other day, I started crying, because she never likes ANYTHING that I try on. Then she asked me what was wrong, and I said, "Apparently I'm fat!" And she goes, "Oh no, you're not fat. The clothes just run small."

Mind you, I am a pants size 0, and I weigh 88 pounds. When I was younger, I used to be kind of chubby. I don't know why my mom does this- I'm trying to decide if it's because I really do look fat, or if its because she thinks I look good and doesn't want me to wear tight/revealing clothes. I am very upset, and lately I've been feeling like I don't want to eat. I decided to give up candy, and I fear becoming anorexic. Yet my mom, (who is not thin) continues to encourage me to eat candy.

Should I say something the next time she does this? I am getting really pissed off, and I feel like shouting, "You're just jealous because I'm not fat like you!" at her.

ok, well you shouldnt call your mom fat, and your definetely not fat, i would die to be a 0 in pantsize, next time she says somethin just tell her "mom, i know you may not want me to get these clothes because they may be revealing but GET OVER IT, im getting older and i think that i should be able to get what clothes i want. im not fat so quit implying it." but dont be too mean

Q: how do you get gum out of hair

use peanut butter, i know that may sound really gross but it does work, if i were u i would use creamy and not chunky, chunky isnt that comfortable, if that doesnt work you may have to cut your hair, but massage the peanut butter into your hair then rinse it out in the shower and the gum should come right out

Q: Ok so this is pritty personal.My mom is abusive to me sometimes,not really bad or anything like lets say on average she hits me once a month.not like crazy hard but enought to give me a mark for a day or 2(at least a couple hours)...and is (in my opinion) uncontrolably angry.My dad drinks wayyy too much as well (in my opinion again)a least once a week I hear him puking at night kus he's drunkin so much.almost ever nigh he gets drunk.Also when he's drunk he gets verbally abusave,(calles me things like bitch,ect...)....My question is-what should i do?Do they have a problem or am i just making a big deal of there problems.

It's driving my crazy,also i have a brother and sister alot older then me 10 and 13 years older you be exact,(i'm 14) and they have talked to me about this "problem",i still wanna "fix" it but it seems to me they'v givin up.i don't think they really care anymore and just take it.that also really bothers me.

if i were you i would tell someone, anyone...... if you go to school tell your counselors, also you can call this number, its a line that totally private and they help you with almost any1, 1-888-kidchat
they should help you, i dont know if you want to live in a foster home or not but you NEED to tell someon, i dont think at all that this is just your immagination, you need to tell someone, also you should tell a friend or a teacher, even though it may feel uncomfortable its better than going through all this pain

Q: my best friend maria and i are in the biggest fight of our history of fights.....she even told me that she didnt want to be my friend...now i fell guilty for what i said...i said that she annoys me. all she ever talks about is her boyfriend, soccer, and how much she loves this guy seth and how much she hates these girls madison and adriane. i really want to be her friend cause she is the best friend i have ever had....i even said that i dont think her boyfriend is real and she wrote me this note saying that she dosent want to be my friend. ok well i have totally been in your place before, so all you need to do is be honest with her..... say something like "im really sorry for what i said, i dont know why i said it or what came over me and caused me to say that, but im really sorry, all i want is for us to be friends, i understand if you dont want to be friends with me anymore but im really sorry about what i said, your my BEST friend and i dont see us losing our friendship over some stupid argument, im sorry, i hope you forgive me" if that doesnt work for you then say something else just make sure that you tell her your really sorry and that you never meant to hurt her, im sure she will understand but if she doesnt than you dont deserve her

ok, well i dont know if its normal, i mean im 13 and i dont but who you are is who you are, if you really like to play with them its fine, i know people that are 16 and still suck their thumb but they are fine with it

Q: Okay, so my friend and I are going to do a song for our school talent show. Though at the moment we are thinking of doing the song "Twist and Shout" though, I was wondering if their were any other songs that people would find entertaining that are made for two people. Because "Twist and Shout" isn't exactly a two person song.

Also If it matters, we are 14 and both girls. and not songs that are too terribly high pitched.

if you could hit the notes, i think you 2 should do aint no mountain high enough, their is a guy part and a girl part but if you use the karaoke version i dont think that will be a problem

Q: Is it okay to go out for halloween even though you're christian? I want free candy..I'm Christian and I think it's ok but..

I'm a Christian to and I have thought about this many times. I think that it is ok to go out on halloween and dress in like a costume as long as the costume isn't like really gory or anything. Also its ok to fress up as long as seeing all the other kids who dress up like freaks doesnt make you stop being a christian.

it is a real show because someone i know tried out and made it but the quit because she didnt agree with all their rules and stuff, i dont know. but the only reason why sanjaya or however you spell his name is only on cause their is the website and it get people to vote for the worst person. thats what happened last season.

Q: i saw a play this weekend and got really inspried to act. the problem is, i cant sing. what should i do. what are some good voice techniques that can help build my voice? is it possible to learn how to sing well, and bot just be born with the ability?

If you can, ask your parents to take you to a voice coach, they can try to help you learn how to sing better. also, practice makes perfect, just you cant sing now doesnt mean you wont ever be able to, and you arent necessarily born with the talent to sing, sometimes you are born with it but other times you can just pick it up. its not easy to sing, but i know you can do it. as long as you try and dont give up, you will eventually learn

ask your mom if shes joking, no mom should tell her daughter that shes fat. im kinda close to that and im 5'9, im over that tho, so dont worry at all and tell your mom that callin u fat isnt a sign of love and that it hurt ur feelings

well i think we've all been here b4. i know i have.to get him to like you all you need to do is be yourself, get a little flirty with him but not too flirty to where he thinks your on drugs. wear something really cute and flirt with him, make him laugh and talk to him all the time, eventually he might fall in love with you.

If you can, do DDR- dance dance revolution. it helps a lot, and only drink water, eat veg. and dont eat apples or bread, apples have sugar and bread turns into sugar and then turns into fat.
