weight I am 5 feet exactly. I weigh about 110 lbs. I really want to lose 5-10 lbs. by June. How can I do this? What excercises...what to eat? How much to drink? etc.etc.

If you can, do DDR- dance dance revolution. it helps a lot, and only drink water, eat veg. and dont eat apples or bread, apples have sugar and bread turns into sugar and then turns into fat.

First of all, completely cut out sodas. Try to change you snacks from chips or cookies to dried fruits or something like and healthy. Excercise in some form for about 20-30 minutes a day. You could try, walking, jogging, jump roping, etc. Also, try doing some crunches to work on your stomach. :) ]
i recommend crunches, about 50 a day, maybe 30 min. of running a day, and 8 glasse4s of water a day.
You dont really need to change your diet much, just eat SENSIBLY.
NO JUNK FOOD.
