I am 5 feet exactly. I weigh about 110 lbs. I really want to lose 5-10 lbs. by June. How can I do this? What excercises...what to eat? How much to drink? etc.etc.

i know- im not overweight- but it all goes to my stomach, so i want to get rid of that.
FrEe2bMe answered Sunday April 1 2007, 5:42 pm: First of all, completely cut out sodas. Try to change you snacks from chips or cookies to dried fruits or something like and healthy. Excercise in some form for about 20-30 minutes a day. You dont really need to change your diet much, just eat SENSIBLY.
