Q: Hi, I really hope you can help; i've gotten mixed responses from others...

Basically, my BF discovered that in my senior year of college (I graduated last year) I had taken two semesters worth of judo classes and he thought this was really funny b/c I don't look like, I guess, a "typical" jock chick--that is i'm not muscular or buff or whatever...i'm your stereotypical "girly girl" in appearance--tall, skinny, blond hair, blah blah blah and I'm like 125 lbs....so he's laughing at me, calling me "judogirl", etc., and I was fine w/all that, if a little annoyed, but then he made a mistake: he challenged me to a wrestling match...and I beat him.

He outweighs me by like 40 lbs. and is pretty strong but he didn't understand that my judo skills would use his strength against him and he just couldn't believe I won. I figured it was a one-time deal, but he was so bent out of shape that he's challenged me several times since then, and I've defeated him every time. It would be OK if he didn't take it so seriously, but he just becomes this mean pouty jerk when he loses and keeps challenging me and now i've refused to wrestle him b/c it's no fun and I hate his sexist attitude as well. But refusing to wrestle just makes him angrier and he says stuff like "you're just afraid i'll figure out your 'tricks' and win...it's so annoying!

I've considered just faking it and letting him win but I don't REALLY want to do that b/c I'm proud of my skills, and just wish he would be too...plus when he baits me w/all this "you're just a girl" crap, it gets my goat and i'm more than happy to throw him to the floor and pin him when he gets too tired to fight me off...

Have you ever beaten a boy at something athletic--whether martial arts or sports--or know a girl who has? B/c maybe if I can tell him he's not the only one he won't feel so bad...

ive played SEVERAL guys at my school at arm wrestling and most guys cant beat me :)

i play volleyball and challenged my brother and totally whooped him

i think if you sit down with him and talk to him about how what he says hurts your feelings than he should understand.... if he doesnt than im not sure if hes such a good match, sorry :/

ok, i have to disagree with the other girl. i think that if u wear black eyeliner it doesnt make u look trashy, i wear black eyeliner and i wear it kinda thick but not like GOTH! the thing that i do to make my eyes pop is to ALWAYS where mascara, mascara is like "the icing on the cake" (i no that sounds gay) it makes your eyes POP and also wear eyeshaddow, i have brown hair and hazel eyes so i stick with a shimmery brownish gold, it all depends on your face and characteristics

Q: well, i just downloaded limewire, and i'm worried i'm going to get arrested! everyone i know uses it, and no one has ever got in trouble. my question is, how would they find out im using it to get me in trouble? would they arrest me? give me a fine? how much? andd, what are the chances of them finding out?

Ok, well the chances of you getting caught are very slim. But the fine would be more than 50-100$. I saw somewhere on the news that some women that used limewire got caught and had to pay 20,000 dollars, but thats only because she downloaded like 20,000 songs, so I think that you are o.k. Plus a lot of people use limewire and not that many are getting caught. But companies are starting to be more aware of it so I would download a little music. Like not 5 a day. Plus I use limewire and my dad has been using it for years and has never gotten caught.

Q: Hey im in a dilemma lol

Tomorrow is my graduation. I just happened to like a boy today. Im not going to the same high school as him anymore and hes moving out of this area. I really like him and if i spend more time with him this summer, im just going to get more attached and it would be harder for me to let go. What should i do?

ok, thats a tough question.......... i was in a similar situation, i liked this boy that was moving to another country, wut u might want to do is somehow get his cell phone #, and just text him,like whats up, hows it going, just small talk, thats what i do, so u dont get too attached. sorry if i didnt help that much, but keep asking me questions..............lol

the problem that you might have is that you are not stretching before you run, i used to have this problem but than when i stretched really good for like 10 minutes it quit hurting, also you might want to strecth afterwards, that helps too

Q: My hair is naturally pretty straight. But more than anything, I'd love to have curly, wavy hair. I want to have the kinda crunchy feeling to it. What are some products that I can use to scrunch my hair that have worked really well for you?

ok, well i have REALLY straight hair but when i wash it, it gets a LITTLE wave to it, so right before i go to bed i have a shower, than i put my hair in a messy bun, the messier the better, but not to where it falls out, then sleep with it in the bun, then when i wake up i take out the bun, its usually REALLY wavy, then i put some mousse in it, and scrunch my hair, the mousse that i personally recommend is called herbal essence totally twisted, its a curl boosting mousse, so this should work

its kinda hard to explain but its because of the way the numbers are paired with the symbols, if you go to have u and someone pick two different numbers, dont tell each other, no matter what number you pick it is always the same symbol, so pick on number.....find the sign, then pick another number, and find the sign, both of the signs are the same

Q: how can i motivate myself to want to work out? i mean, i end up going anyways because my dad makes me but i never want to go..any tips on getting myself motivated?

ok well i had the same problem, until my mom helped me
she gave me a challenge and said that if i lost 10 pounds she would give me 50 $ and if i lost 15 pounds she would give me 100$, but i had to excercise 5 days a week and for every day i didnt excercise i lost a dollar, so just ask your dad if he would be willing to do that

ok, well one girl said that you can get your phone company to trace the call, sorry but you cant trace it, i tried it once when some perve sent me a pic on my phone and i didnt know who it was, my phone company said that their company isnt aloud to do that for the sake of the "callers" peronal space, there is really nothing that you can do except get (*67) calls blocked so that they cant call you when they do that

Q: i cant load my pic on this site it wont let me. it says the file is too big. can someone tell me or help me explain the steps to get it to work? i tried bunch of pics. all say the same thing!

ok, this is really easy
just save the pic that you want
go to paint on your computer
click file
click open
then go to your pics and find the one you want
then just make the picture smaller and keeping doing it till it says that your pic is small enough

Q: Yesterday I went to a funeral for a friend that recentley died (june 16, 07) Its so unreal, I cannot believe that it had happened.
Our whole school was basicly at his funeral, or thinking of him and his family.
It was so unexpected and random, why him?
I'm having sucha hard time grasping the fact that he's gone, and I could cry and cry,
I wasnt even that CLOSE to him, like some others, and I seem to be showing so much more emotions about it.
What do I do? Have any of you ever lost any friends?

ok. well im so sorry about your loss. the easiest thing to do is to try and get him off your mind, go shopping with some friends or somthing, anything to get him off your mind, i personally have never lost a friend but i have lost many family members, when my grandpa died i just thought about this, if they are watching over you and seeing you cry they would be dissapointed, they want you to remember them but not be sad, plus hes in a better place now

ok well in my opinion i think that this means that people in life will do whatever they can to make you feel like less of a person, they will ignore you, laugh at you, fight with you, etc. but in the long run in life you will turn out to be better accomplished in life, more than they are

Q: I know that leggings and short denim skirts have been a trend and probably are still a trend for some people. I wear leggings whenever I wear a short skirt because they're just more comfortable. I don't have to worry about my skirt lifting up when I wear leggings. But... is this look still in style? I saw a whole bunch of people wearing it at my school and this year at my school, but ever since my friend said it looked tacky I've been noticing less people wearing it these days. I still wear it. I just don't want to look like an unfashionable weirdo. Is this look still "in" at your school? Tell me what you think.

a lot of people at my skool wore leggings with skirts and i still do it too, so whether or not its "in" i would wear them, they are comfortable and if you like to wear it then do and dont listen to your friends if they laugh at you, just be urself

Q: This is a bit random but is it ok to chew gum? I dont mean instead of a meal but between meals and etc.

Im wondering because since they're sugar-free they have sucralose (sp) and aspartame in them. I have heard both good and bad things about those sweetners. Is it ok for your health to chew 1-2 pieces a day (like Orbit), they wont make you gain weight or anything?

chewing gum is totally healthy, plus if there was aspertame in it there wouldnt even be that much, so ya, and btw, orbit is THE BEST GUM EVER!!!!!!!1

No, like everyone else said its just a myth. But the sound is really the blood rushing through ur ear and the shell just makes it echo.

Q: ok im 15m and i gave my self a tatoo how do you care for a tatoo like i did sterilis the neddal and use ink from a pen but other than that idk wat else should i do

well no offense to you but that was kinda stupid. i read this article about a girl that got a tattoo(done illegally and not by a proffessional tattoo artist) and when she was scratching the tattoo it lifted the tattoo and her skin completely off her foot

All i wear is brown eyeliner on the bottom lid and not too heavy or you will look goth. also i wear clear lip gloss, brown shiny eyeshadow and mascara. i also wear covergirl face powder just to cover up all of my freckles. also dont buy the pencil eyeliner, in my opinion.... it hurts really bad when you put it on.

what are the negative effects of this ?

well the only thing that is wrong with swallowing your gum is that you could choke but nothing will happen to your stomach.
we were having a discussion about swallowing gum in my science class and my science teacher looked it up and she said that gum just flows right on through your liver and you digestive tract. the rumor that says it takes 5 years or 7 years or how many years it a lie. you dont digest gum, it just flows through all the organs in you digestive tract, so its almost perfectly safe except that you might choke but other than that its completely ok, i do it all the time.

well i personally love like almost all Rascall Flatts but i dont know what you consider depressing, also try out some carrie underwood, and some taylor swift, i LOVE our song, its really good, look at cowboy take me away by the dixie chicks, its a little depressing but its really good

Im new at this whole advice giving thing but i seem to like it. I'm pretty good at giving advice. I love to help people out and am good at it. My best buds come to me for advice. Im mostly good at giving advice on relationship problems but I can help with anything. If you ask me a question about relationships I have probably been through something the same.
