how can i motivate myself to want to work out? i mean, i end up going anyways because my dad makes me but i never want to go..any tips on getting myself motivated?
thanks!
also, i know it might sound dumb, but print out pictures of bathing suit models or people you know who have really hot bodies and pin them up all over your room. take them with you when you go to the gym, so whenever you feel like you dont want to work out, pull out the picture to remind yourself of what you could look like.

I usually look forward to working out because it makes me feel good, and i can just release all of my tension. Plus it's where I do a lot of thinking.
If you didn't already know this- exercise releases endorphins (chemicals that make you feel happy) into your bloodstream.

Whether that's losing weight or gaining strength or whatever... remind yourself that every time you work out, you're getting closer to that goal! You may never LOVE working out, but you WILL love the results... so just keep thinking about that! [ Jeanne's advice column | Ask Jeanne A Question ]

she gave me a challenge and said that if i lost 10 pounds she would give me 50 $ and if i lost 15 pounds she would give me 100$, but i had to excercise 5 days a week and for every day i didnt excercise i lost a dollar, so just ask your dad if he would be willing to do that
