I have a problem with bad breath. I've suffered from it since I've been a child. It's so embarrasing. When I'm at work I ALWAYS have to chew on minty flavored gum because I don't want to scare away customers.
What happens when I run out of gum? I have to make a speach tonight at my toastmasters club. Does anyone have any home rememedies of how to cure bad breath? And please don't tell me to brush my teeth and tongue and floss, because that nevr works.

depends on what toothpaste your using. ive tryed colgate,arm and hammer,and aquafresh. all of them say they help with bad breath but i will only reccommend aquafresh cause its the only one that works. it even whiten not too much but a little, its the best for me cause it really does freashen your breath, any way try it.

Okay. I lost my virginity on Monday to my boyfriend. We've had sex several times since then. My question is, I'm still bleeding during sex. Is that normal? Sometimes I get cramps, is that normal?

ya i think your vagina is getting used to it, as long as it dosnet hurt and as long as it looks like it decreasing every time, then just wait and it should stop bleeding after maybe a week. other wise go talk to your doctor.

ok well i'm on birth control. On Friday night of last week Jan. 6th i had sex. that was a week before my period was supposed to start. well on saturday i forgot to take my pill and didn't remember till late on sunday and by then i had started bleeding although it didn't seem menstrual. and then on Saturday night of this week, the 14th, i had sex again. now on the 13th the bleeding had stopped and i was on my pills again. well i had sex on the 14th and today, the 16th, the bleeding has started again. i'm not sure whether this is my period or the last one was or if i'm having two. Is it possible i could be pregnant or is the bleeding just normal after you have sex with a guy for a long period of time?

When you have your period the lining of your uterus is coming off thats what makes you bleed if you were pregnnat there would be no bleeding the fertizlized embroy would have already be attached to your uterus. when you miss taking a pill your period sometimes gets screwed up, any way it will get regulated after a while dont worry, and continue with your pill.

lets say you use a public bathroom & you're a girl. if there's sperm anywhere near the toilet, on the seat, in the toilet itself, is it possible to get pregnant?? if you were juss using the bathroom??

Some people who are ignorant view other religions in a diffrent light and sometimes they dont like what they see. its not only morman,islam,buddhism, and other religion are misunderstood and therfore automatically disliked, and made fun of. you just need to ignore comments and views coming from people like that and be proud of who you are. My main problem is basicaly im just Apsolutly petrified of sex! and anything to do with it really. I'm almost 18 and male, nearly 19 days of now, im in a relasionship of 5 months at the minute and ive lost my virginity, not in this relasionship though.

If you dont have a problem with practicing abstinence then i'd probably reccomend it cause you shouldn't have to be always going through these paniky feelings your going through your only 17 you should have other things to worry about then sex, pregnancy,ect.. I'm glad that even though your young you still have the mature sense that if your girl gets pregnant its both your problem. you do know that the conrtaceptive pill is almost 100% effective in perventing pregnancy right? its very unliky that she would get pregnant, and if you use a condom as well thats just more protection. dont worry to much about it really, i hope this reassures you.

she's lying to you! even though you say she barly lyes to your, there a guy involved and girls can be very jelouse competative, deceptive to get what they want especially when it comes to guys. trust me on this. if you were originally prepy then go back to that, cause you heard he likes preppy girls. i think you should for a few days observe him and then you'll know what he's into.

I am so ashamed of my Dad! He is SOO Gross Acting! I want to have a friend over (Amber) for a mini sleepover but I am imbarrassed of him! He makes these Hawking Noises! (lol) and it is SOOO Gross! Does anyone else find this strange? I had gotten hired 3 months ago at a new store. Well I just found out today that my boss wants a criminal record check of everyone in my department. I also found out that it was only my department that needed the criminal record check. There are 7 of us that work in the clothing department. None of us handle cash, we just let people into the change rooms and put out new stock. Wouldnt they have asked us to get a criminal record check before they hired us? It's a little insulting to be honest.
I rate high!

Maybe there have been things going missing in your department and say if someone has a crimnal record of shoplifting, or robbery they can somehow do something about the missing things. or it could always be they wanna find a reason to fire someone one? i dont really know but if you dont have a record you shouldn't have anything to worry about. but i do agree thats really rude that they would ask you after 3 months.

Some people just cant handle the truth, and its their own problem I don't think we should really worry, or care why their like that. they ask for advice we give it to them its up to them how there going to take it.

As for me I don't care for ratings or comments I say what I think, and I try to give the best advice to everyone, whether they appreciate it or not is their problem in the end.

Last night I fell down the stairs and landed pretty hard on my "big toe" on my right foot. This morning, when I woke up, it was swolen and slightly bruised. It's extremely painful. I went down the stairs to ask my dad about it, and I forgot to walk on the side of my foot; I took a normal step (foot flat on the ground) and it hurt so bad that I started crying. I have a ballroom dance class and a Jewish/Russian dance class this afternoon. Going to a doctor is not an option. My dad thinks I broke it. What I want to know is, what can I do to make it less painful to dance and walk on? I've already taken pain reliever, but should I tape two toes together?

I don't think you broke it. you most likely just sprained it. a sprain is a simple stretch or tear of the ligaments, by your description of your toe being swollen, and slightly bruised I think it's a sprain. sprains take a while to heal depending on how bad, and how fast you start to take measure on healing it

somethings you can do is put ice on it but!! don't put it on for a long time id say every 15 min and then take it off for a few minutes before putting it on again. this is cause you don't want to damage your already swollen tissue.

try not to move you toe to much (decrease the stress on your right foot)

squeeze your toe (not to the point where its painful) but just every so often to help it move a little more every time with out pain.

id also recommend not dancing or doing any thing with you toe for at least 3 days, if you put to much pressure on an already sprained foot it could lead to a permanent injury, at least that's what I heard.

well i really do not like my job. i don't talk to any of the people there except for one of them because i go to school with him and i like him. also my job interferes with a lot of things like my friends and how i have been doing in school. it just stresses me out a lot where i had a melt down the other night. so should i keep it and see how things go or quit so i can finish high school and not have so many problems.

Quit!! I was in the same predicament and i quit my job. you'll notice that you'll have allot more free time to do more studying, going out with friends and even just sleeping more. its good all round but!!! if you have bills to pay like cell phone bills try asking your parents to help you out. remember school should always come first cause it's the journey to your future career.

I'm 18 year old and a tourism student.. I met this guy who's the same course as me when we went on tour last week. He's really flirtatious, he has a girlfriend but he still flirted with my bestfriend because he thought that i'm snobbish.. But we talk with each other once in a while.. But at the end of the tour, he sat beside me on the bus.. He slept on my lap, held my hands etc. He started flirting with me.. He didn't mind that the friends of his girlfriend were also there.. Foolish of me, I flirted back.. I gave him my number.. After few hours, he called me and picked me up in my house to go to his house.. That's the time he told me that i'm the one he likes, but he first flirted with my bestfriend because she already smiled at him but I didn't.. I mean, why should i smile with him? I didn't even know him.. We drank some beers, and because i was tired because of the tour, i just slept in his house.. And we had sex..(i just know him 4 3 days before we did it)

He told me not to go there without telling him because maybe his gf is also there. I will tell you something that you dont want to hear but its the truth. first of all this guy is what you call a 'PLAYER' plain and simple. he has a girlfriend yet he flirts openly, and holds hands with other girls??? also he acts like the sweetest guy when he's with you by holding your hand when walking, feeding you ect... but then tells you not to go to his house when his girlfriends is there, come on thats a red flag right there that he's just playing you. the sad thing is you fell for it cause he got want he was after in the end and that was sex. now he's ignoring you, and you might feel a little hurt cause of it I just hope you didn't lose your virginity to him cause when it's a girls first time It can be very emotional, you need to understand how worthless this guy is. Move on and start being around other guys. Since you had sex with this guy there a good chance he'll feel a little jealous if he sees you with other guys but serves him right for being such a jerk. Okay to start out with, I have this friend named Shannon. I wouldn't really consider her a friend, because in the past she's really pissed me off & she's just not someone whom I can relate to. But, I still hang out with her, I don't like getting on bad peoples' sides. I'm always so nice to her, but sometimes she'll take it over the edge and yell at me about something so ridiculous & I just snap, but that happens to everybody.

Well, basically today this kid named Gordon that we had just met yesterday went up to Shannon and started physically pushing her around, and stealing her backpack & "strangiling" her. In front of every body at school, he'd literally just throw her up against the wall & it really scared me. Yesterday when I first met him he kept touching me physically just like around my stomach & butt and I felt so uncomfortable. I told him that he should leave me alone because I hate whenever people do that crap. But he tried to do it again today!

I left Shannon while she was getting pushed around by Gordon, only because she was laughing about it, and I thought it was all a big joke. I came back like 5 minutes later and couldn't find Shannon anywhere! Or Gordon, so I started to get worried. I eventually found her 15 minutes later hanging out with some people that would like protect her from Gordon, and he left. She's never ever came to me for anything, or ever told me her feelings before. But, she seemed so worried about Gordon like touching her & stuff and started asking me, why I left her. & She was explaining all the things that had happened.

I'm really pissed now, because Gordons really made me mad. I've never seen Shannon so mentally disrupted in my entire life & she won't stop talking about it. Of course I care about her now because of all of this. Tomorrow I'm going to see Gordon & I just want to know what I should say. I don't want to be too mean but then I'm going to have my good guy friend there with me, so if anything goes wrong or if he starts touching us again he'll get his ass kicked.

I'm 5'4 and weight 113lbs. I know I'm not fat or anywhere near there. When I am with my friends, or any other girls really, I feel confident and that I'm the right size. But, when I'm alone I look at myself and start thinking that I could loose a few more lbs. I'll get so caught up in it that I won't even go near a mirror for the rest of the day. I'm not sure why I do this. Any help? :/

Then maybe the problem is with your self esteem or intimacy issues. what do you think of your facial appearance maybe that's the thing that's got you down and not necessarily your body. my decision get a new look, maybe a make over new hair style, or makeup, that might boost your confidence and decrease the issues you have with your look.

Ok so I still love my ex and he loves me back but i dont want a bf and now my other ex who hurt me basically denying he ever liked me said he just did that so me and my other ex could get together and he wouldnt be in the way, i'm not sure if he's lying to me, but i really want to be with the ex i love but if i even start hanging out with the other one i'll fall for him again too, but he's one of my best friends so what do i do?

Don't get with either of them and move on. put a hold on relationships for now and busy your self with something else like work and or school. you said so your self you don't want a bf now, so don't have one. its not a question of who should you choose but what feels right and obviously this whole thing is pressuring you to the point where your confused, you need to take some time off to think things through and have less pressure. If the guy you love now really feels strongly about you he'll wait for you in the end, so think of this as a test for the both of them, just tell them you want a break from relationships and be alone for a while. after some time passes you'll be able to see who ,or what you really want in life.
