well i really do not like my job. i don't talk to any of the people there except for one of them because i go to school with him and i like him. also my job interferes with a lot of things like my friends and how i have been doing in school. it just stresses me out a lot where i had a melt down the other night. so should i keep it and see how things go or quit so i can finish high school and not have so many problems.

You'll get nowhere without it, and even if you did, it'd bug you. Question is, what do you need the money for? If it's to help out at home, I can see why it might be necessary, but if you wan't to buy clothes and stuff, aren't your education and friends more important? KiSSxMYxPEARLS answered Friday January 20 2006, 7:26 pm: If you really need the money, then stay. But if you're just having that job just because you want more money, then quit. You shouldn't have to work somewhere if you don't like it. Maybe you should just a summer job & when collage starts get a part time job. Something like that..♥ [ KiSSxMYxPEARLS's advice column | Ask KiSSxMYxPEARLS A Question ]
syireen answered Friday January 20 2006, 6:35 pm: Quit!! I was in the same predicament and i quit my job. you'll notice that you'll have allot more free time to do more studying, going out with friends and even just sleeping more. its good all round but!!! if you have bills to pay like cell phone bills try asking your parents to help you out. remember school should always come first cause it's the journey to your future career. ThugGirl041790 answered Friday January 20 2006, 6:01 pm: i would say if you donm`t need the money to live on or desperately needy money i`d quit the job.. Your grades should come before work especially if you don`t really need the money.. Maybe get a job in the summer when you have no school work that would be easier i`m sure.. Thats what i do.. If this will give you less problems and defiantly less stress then quit.. ♥Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]
cutie15 answered Friday January 20 2006, 5:15 pm: If you haven't been working on this job for a long time, keep at it. Eventually you could work your school schedule around your work schedule. It will work out if you just work hard to work it all out. Also, if you don't know many people there, that could actually be more helpful because then you won't get distracted and temptated to talk and not work to your ability. If everything doesn't work out after a little while, drop the job and do better in high school. You have much time for a job and have high school to worry about at the moment. It will all work out. Good luck! [ cutie15's advice column | Ask cutie15 A Question ]
