Ive got a book jammed down the back of the radiator and I need to get it out. I can't get it out the bottom or side of the radiator, only the top. I can't fit my arm through the top to get it. How on earth do I get it????

hi i'm 16/f and ever since i have had my period i have had a heavy discharge everyday and ihave 2 wear a pad even when i am not on my period. resently i went 2 the gyno and she put me on seasonale and said that that should help and i have been on that for 2 months now and it hasn't helped. Having to wear a pad everyday and everything is really started to annoy me is there nething that i could b doin wrong like eatin something or idk what or do u know of neways that i can reduce it?

My friend cuts herself. And it really scares me she talks about killing herself sometimes. Like she thinks no one would miss her. Sometimes I wanna kill myself too but I realize how many people would miss me. But she doesn't seem to realize that. She doesn't cut herself often like she only did once but I am just scared it might become a habit. What should I do? Prove to her that she has people in her life that care about her, and a lot of people would miss her if she was gone! Well, if your unsure you might want to wait till high school, but see if I think you should talk to him and get to know him better, and maybe after that you will like him even if he isn't goth. ok well see ummm...this is personal but hey i need help. so see im a cutter. im addicted. i cant stop myself and ive tried to kill myself many times before. i get made fun of at school. i hate myself and everything around me. i have lost alot of my friends with the stuff i do. i used to smoke but my best friend in the whole intire world who has been with me since day one made me quit. i take pills to help relieve the pain inside when im in a inviorment that i cant cut myself. i have almost succeded in killing myself in november. i would of succeded if my best friend hadnt walked in and stoped me. i cry myself to sleep everynight. i lost the only guy that i loved and he loved me back for the person i am, not what i look like. people see me as a happy person but they dont know what im really like. people look up to the side of me they know. and im not sure how your advice can have an impact in my life, and im not really sure why im even telling you this, but yea there you go. why dont you tell me how to "fix mylife". and really this is just a waste of my time when i could be off trying to kill myself again. Even if you don't know how many people care about you then you should open your eyes and see that there are people in this world that care about you, and I am one of them. I think it's cramps, and so this means that ur probably getting ur period soon. Take some advil, midol, or some other pain killer. After that then u should be fine. Hope this helps u.
