yeah, this might be long, and from my viewpoint its pretty confusing so leave now if you want...
okay, im a sixteen year old male to begin with, and ever since i can remember, ive had five best friends (and i mean BEST, these five people mean more to me than anything else in this world). these five friends consist of four girls and one guy (the guy has nothing to do with this so you can forget him). Well, the problem is that near the end of last year, the girls all started fighting with eachother, even though theyd all been the best of friends since forever. the group ended up split apart, with two girls on one side, two girls on the other, and me and my guy friend stuck in the middle while still being best friends with both sides....so here comes the complicating part...for the whole time i can remember, ive really liked one of my friends (lets call her girl 1). well, girl 1 has always acted like she doesnt want to be more then friends with me. so now one the girls from the other group (girl 2), has told me that she likes me...so i asked her out and weve been going out for a month now. well, ever since i asked out girl 2, girl 1 hasnt spoken to me at all (by the way, the two groups of girls hate eachother a LOT)...so ive been trying to find out why girl 1 hasnt been talking to me...and it turns out that girl 1 really likes me....which sucks because im already going out with girl 2....i want to talk to girl 1 again because i love her to death, but i dont know how to do that...she wont answer her phone when i call, ive sent her emails, text messages, and even stuff through myspace...im about to just go to her house and show up with some flowers or something to show her that i still love her to death, and that the only reason that i didnt choose her is because she acted like she didnt like me....but im afraid that my girlfriend (girl 2) will find out and be mad at me for somewhat obsessing over getting my friend back....what should i do? any help is appreciated... This is the toughest question I've ever answered on this website. And I've answered quite a few if you look at the bottom of my page. You have to ask yourself:Am I only going out with Girl 2 because Girl 1 is being stupid or do I really like her? If you don't like Girl 2 as more than a friend, break it off regardless of what Girl 1 thinks. Don't have Girl 2 as a gf if you don't honestly like her that way. Girl 1 sounds really confused about shit. But when you say she has always acted like she didn't want you, did yall ever actually talk about that? Or did you just assume? Go for the girl you truly like and if it doesn't work out with either, then it doesn't. No big deal and move on. Hope I helped ya, man.

Ok, before I give you the actual question, I'm going ot give you the background.
Here it goes,
It started yesterday, it was my dad and I, watching Jeapordy, and he was making fun of all the contestants, so I hit him in the arm, but then he hit me back, I don't think he realized how hard he hits, but it's very hard. So I hit him back again, and so on, and so on. But at one point he slapped/hit my leg so hard that it left a huge hand print, and I got so mad. My mom wasn't home at the time, I tried contacting her, but she didn't answer. So I took a picture of the mark. It was ok, after that, seeing how I got out of the house for a couple of hours with my friends.Then he and my brother, came to pick me up, we decided to go rent a movie. After that was over, this is going to sound childish, but we were arguing over who got the front seat. And my dad always takes his side, so I was frustrated, so frustrated, that when I got in the back, I said "I hate you both". My dad went "Hate is an awfuly strong word." Then I went "Fine I loathe you, I despise both of you." And it was a quiet car ride after that. When we got home, I had a serious attitude, and my mom wanted to know why. That's when I showed her the picture of my leg[from earlier]. She got really mad, and started hitting my dad. Since I was just as mad, I went upstairs to cool off, and watch the movie I had chosen. When it was over, I wasn't quite as mad, and we[my brother, dad and I] watched the other movie. That was fine.
But, when I woke up this morning, I woke up an hour late, so I jumped in the shower, and while I was in there, my dad comes in and goes "Your too late, Your too late." I have no idea why, but it irritated me. So I snapped back at him; "I can still take a shower!". After I got out, my mom came in and started telling me, that she was going to leave my dad, that we don't get along, and she's leaving us both behind. She asked if I deserved the hit on the leg. Then she goes that stunt you pulled, really screwwed things up.[Refering to showing her the picture, to get my dad in trouble.] And I wasn't allowed to go, where I had planned on going. So I slept. When I woke up, my dad was leaving for work, and he said "Bye." I said "Bye." And he goes, "I hope your happy." And as I sit here now, I can't help, but believe that I was responsible for my family falling apart. My parents have been otgether since they were 14, and I feel as though I ruined it all. That I was some sort of mistake. And I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how I can fix things? I'm feeling very depressed right now,and I have no idea what I'm going to do.

I'm just gunna be honest here: Who's 14 and who's the parents? Your parents act even more childish than you do. Your father shouldn't have hit you on the leg or anywhere else for that matter over a dumb Jeopardy argument. Plus, the whole frontseat thing, shower, I just don't get it. Your parents probably had some other issues and this just pushed them over the line. You acted immaturely,too, when you didn't talk to your dad about how much he really hurt you. You just stewed about it for hours and then took a picture of it. You didn't break up your parent's marriage, there were other issues here. I can accuse you, you're only 14, your parents have no excuse.

I can't give a definite answer as to why I believe in God, except to say that you have to have faith. If you pray, you hope someone is listening to your prayers and I believe they are. You just don't always get the answer you want and this leads some to believe that God hates them or isn't there. Again, I don't know if there is a God or a devil or anything like that, and I can't prove anything. But I have faith that there is one and I'd rather live a life like there was one and be wrong, then live a life like there wasn't and be wrong.

No. Don't be scared. You don't have to write 10 page papers(well not yet), but you do read and study a lot. 2 or 3 hours a day, 5 days a week is good enough. Space it out. Don't do 3 hours all at once. An hour morning, afternoon, and night. 4 classes should be fine, at least on the semester system. College is fun, but it's no fun when your grades suck. Study hard, but try to enjoy yourself too. College isn't about how smart you are, it's about the effort you put into it. You're scared, that's good. It means you respect it. Work hard and you'll be fine.

I dont know wat I should do. Im 15 and my boyfriend is 18 and for his friends 18th birthday he is inviting all his close friends to his party at a stripclub, and my boyfriend is invited. Contrary to popular opinion, strip clubs are not demeaning to women and it doesn't mean your boyfriend is going to cheat on you just because he likes looking at other women. Men are visual, we like looking at other women. Women don't find the thought of men stripping that attractive and frankly, neither do I. But the bottom line is you can't stop him from going sweety.
