Is college worth being scared of? I'm really scared cuz I heard that you have to write 10 page long papers, read a ton, study a lot, etc, and I'm only an average student (I'm a slow reader and an okay writer). So, what is it really like? And is 4 classes a semester too much to handle if you have a busy life as it is?

You don't have to write 10 page papers(well not yet), but you do read and study a lot. 2 or 3 hours a day, 5 days a week is good enough. Space it out. Don't do 3 hours all at once. An hour morning, afternoon, and night. 4 classes should be fine, at least on the semester system. College is fun, but it's no fun when your grades suck. Study hard, but try to enjoy yourself too. College isn't about how smart you are, it's about the effort you put into it. You're scared, that's good. It means you respect it. Work hard and you'll be fine.
