He's probably just afraid of the outcome; that if he let you keep doing that, then it might lead to other things. You might want to talk to him about it, and say those weren't your intentions. (If they weren't.)

I have no clue. This does not compute in my brain. Man doesn't want to get too sexual with girlfriend. Syntax error. It is illegal to have sex with you and this includes any type of sexual activity(oral, anal, blah blah). He may just covering his bases, but if nobody finds out, I'd do you.

Ok well he probably didn't want to go to far. It is against the law. He probably didnt want it to lead to sex. I think you should talk to him about it. I know it can be embarressing, but call him on the phone and ask then it's not that bad. I hope I helped!:-)

Well to add something to the girl who gave you the first answer there is nothing illegal about this well in most states if not all.

I would guess he thinks he is going to far? or maybe he is embarrased by something. If he wasn't ashamed of something I am not sure why he would stop because that is most guys fantasy

if he didnt cum then maybe he was about to and didnt want to. i mean you never know until you ask. i can only think of why he can do soemthign like that but they only way for you to find the truth is to ask. so ask him and he will tell you. one of the most important thing in a realtionship is communication so talk to him about it.
