well today is report card day. I'm home from school because of it (today school is 1/2 day) What happens is our parents go to school to pick up our report cardds. Right now i'm a nervous wreck! There's a 'rock event' (like a disco but with rock music) that goes on in my town every month or so, and most of my mates go to it. Out of the seven of us, five go (I don't). This place has a really bad rep. and most people who go there drink, smoke and do drugs, but of course my friends parents have NO IDEA about this. All of my five friends who go have gotten into smoking, and two of them are serious binge drinkers. One guy I know but am not great friends with also goes to this place and has gotten into illegal drugs, as has one girl I was kinda 'hi in the hallway' friends with, and she got expelled and charged by the police for it. Now my problem is, I will NOT stand by and watch my friends slowly kill themselves with a load of alcohol, drugs and cigarettes, but how can I stop them? I can't say anything about how dangerous it is because that's like preaching and they know the dangers but don't care. I am thinking of breaking friends with them...three of them are moving into my house in a couple of months and I have told the two of them moving in with me that smoke and drink that they can forget moving in if they think they can smoke in my house and they just laughed. I don't want to preach and I know if they don't want to stop I can't make them...but what do you think I should do? I am NOT standing by and watching them die. There's also the added problem that I am extremely asthmatic and being in a house with smokers would (I've checked this with a doctor) kill me within a month, but my friends won't listen to this either. I love them all loads but I am not putting up with this any more and I am not putting my life on the line because they are too selfish to stop smoking. CAN I make them see sense? Or should I just break friends and move on?

anyways, im going to my friends sleepover tonight and if i stay up most of the night/all night then i get a headache, but the thing is, i think everyone is going 2 stay up all night and i dont want to be the only one asleep, while everone is having fun.

ok, flashback like 2 years. there was this guy who i always thought was pretty cool, but i DID NOT like him. we weren't exactly friends... it was like one of those dumb " 6th grade-i-hate-you-i-hate-you-too" things. of course we didn't actully hate each other, we would just said that cause we were dumb little 6th graders (actually, we were always playing and goofing around and laughing all the time in class with each other.)but the thing is that around the middle of the year, all of his friends just started to tell me that he liked me a lot and stuff, but i never listened to them either cause i just didnt believe them or i didnt want to believe them, but i didnt.i knew they wouldnt just bother to tell me for no reason, though. anyway, that guy (let's call him W) and i never talked about it. i dont think he even knew his friends would tell me all that stuff.but during that summer, i just realized that i was really starting to like him. fast forward to about 4 months ago. all these rumors were going around about it and he ended up hearing about it from more than one person, and he suddenly started to avoid me and vice versa. then one time he told my friend " dile a ella que no se haga falsas ilusiones" which means "tell her not to make herself any false illusions". i was getting tired of it though, so my friend, being the dumbass that she is told him that i didn't like him, that he's a fricken dumbass, and a bunch of other crap and embarrassed him in front of his friends (haha) and said it was all from me. after a while, we started talking a little bit again, but only cuz we had to for school. anyway, he somehow (?) got a hold of a note my friend and i were sending to each other in class, saying all this time about me liking him. the next day my friend told me that she'd heard him tell someone that he ws never gonna talk to me again. i told her to tell him that he didnt have to worry either, i wasnt gonna talk to him either. we havent talked since, but we sometimes find each other occasionally glancing in the other's direction. my friends joke around that i stalk him, and one of his friend told him and he looks at me like i'm a psycho. what is up with him cause his friends still tell me that he likes me but he is just shy or wants to look cool or something, but i dont think so. he is a jerk since this year started and i want to stop liking him, but i cant change my feelings overnight. how do i get over him, get him to know i'm forgetting him (uhh....kinda!) and what's up with him... i mean all guys?!

Ya there is a way that your parents can see what you have written on AIM....i dont know how to disable it i have never had that problem and some of my freinds have that....play around wiht a lot of the settings for AIM and look for any thing that says history!
