If I don't eat at all but exercise, will I lose weight?

You cant exercise wihtout eating! you'll one pass out..two feel really tired and not want to do any thing..three feel really sick! You have to eat just regulatewhat you eat and only eat things that will enhance your proformance. Bananas water meat for protien milk exercise puts a lot of stress on your bones things of that such

probably, but not the healthy way. you should eat a lot specialy after you exersise. if you dont eat, you'll get sick, and wont be able to exersise because you'll be too sick. EAT! lol. hope i helped!

U may lose sum weight but u will definatly start gaining fat when u don't eat the body conserves fat to live off of it is a bad idea and won't work to your advantage a say eat smaller portions instead and do sum research on anerexia

You will lose weight but it's definitely unhealthy for you. Your body needs energy and food provides that. Eating healthy or becoming a vegetarian and exercising won't make you gain weight at all. You need to eat if you are going to do this because if you don't, you will then gain all the weight back, once you start eating, and you will faint because you aren't getting any energy in your body. NO!! You actually gain weight. Just eat healthy, and excersie 3 times a week and you should be fine!
