Karen answered Saturday February 5 2005, 6:33 pm: You will lose weight but it's definitely unhealthy for you. Your body needs energy and food provides that. Eating healthy or becoming a vegetarian and exercising won't make you gain weight at all. You need to eat if you are going to do this because if you don't, you will then gain all the weight back, once you start eating, and you will faint because you aren't getting any energy in your body.
