luckycharm answered Sunday February 6 2005, 1:38 pm: well thats pretty much it... sry but if you just keep doing that in time youll lose weight... just keep eating healthy and dont become anorexic or something because thats stupid... running is really good and even walking! maybe you can join a sport or somethign... hope i helped!

Karen answered Sunday February 6 2005, 1:20 pm: You can also drink lots of water and eat healthy. You can also go on a low carb diet as well. You can do sit ups and crunches too, instead of just doing crunches. Hope I helped :)
