well im not trying to let you down, but im gonna keep it real, i dont really think he likes you that much, but it kinda sounds like he's starting to like you though. Boys naturally flirt with girls so dont get your hopes up too high, b/c he might let you down. just keep your cool and give it about a week ot two, or maybe even more and see how he acts around you. maybe you can even flirt a little with him too, but not toooo much, just a little bit.

there is this boy Ryan, who is my neightbor and I've know him all his life.. we've been friends since before i could talk! We've ALWAYS been best friends!! we even went out when we were 10 years old.. we tell eachother everything and we always help fix ANY problems..

ok, well here's what i figure. he really, really liked you right, so you go and break his heart and everything so then he feels as if he can't trust you any more , so then he starts liking your sister because you guys are twins and he may figure you two are like the same people, but she doesnt like him. so now HE'S confused and doesnt know who to turn to anymore, because i guess he feels betrayed by you in a way.
i dont really know if there's anyway for you to fix it because you cant change a person's mind set, the only thing you can do is guide them. so you need to go talk to ryan about how you feel and how you think he feels. he may try to leave and go away but stop him and tell him that you thought you were his best friend and you can tell when somethings wrong. also tell him that the way he's acting is hurting you inside and etc. i think you can take it from there. :) hope that i helped you!

This guy I like asked me out...but my best friend used to be just ga-ga over him so I thought he was off limits. Then I talked to my friend and said it was ok and we've been going out for a little while...my friend tells me all these things about him and how much of a guy he is (if ya know what I mean) but I figure he can show me who he is better than anyone else can tell me right? Well, anyways, everybody keeps warning me about him but as far as I can see, there's absolutely nothing wrong with him...I really like him and he doesn't seem like the kind of guy that's...ya know...a guy...but how do I ever tell for sure wether he just wants some or really cares about me?

well you can do little tests to test him, even though i have no examples sorry! but like see how he acts around you alone verses when you two are with other people and stuff. you wont really know for sure unless he tries to get in your pants and stuff and if you like stop him and tell him that no, you dont wanna do it, see how he reacts to that. if he like gets mad or w/e then he's just playing you and trying to get sum, but if he seems sincere and understandibg well then MAYBE he really cares about you and respects your feelings ( i guess thats an example) but use your ownjudement and trust your heart.

okay... i have a bunch of friends but like NONE of them hang out together. i have two reallllllly good friends that kinda hang out w/each other but not as much. and i have 2 friends that me and them were like best friends in 6th grade and this year kinda seperated (in 7th) (i'm going into 8th) but we were still friends. and when i was hanging out w/other people the called me traitor and backstabber. I really want to be better friends w/them but i don't know i can please them b/c i have other friends too. i have another friend who is totally possesive and wont let me like hang w/other people she gets po ed if i don't talk to her ONE day! and thinks i've become racist or something. then i have some other friends and so like all together i have 4 or 5 different groups of friends and only 2 groups of them hang out together. and this year we have assigned lunch tables but i don't know which to sit with. my one friend doesn't mind, and my other i sat w/this year and the others i have no idea about! i have no idea who to hang w/like should i switch? one day w/some people next someone else?? please help will rate high!

you sound like someone at my old school (hmm..) (LOL) but yea you shoult talk to each of them and let them know that you do have other friends and cannot please everyone all at once. so they shouldnt call you names and stuff b/c of something you cannot handle you know... let your friend who gets mad at you if you dont hang with her that day , let her know that you have other friends to please and you cannot spend your time devoted to just one person. you should make your frienda talk more so they'll all understand. you should definetly take turns spending time w/ each of your groups b/c that works even though they may still get mad at you but oh well, like i said you cant please everyone even though you dont want to loose your friends

There's a guy on my tennis team who recently *thursday* asked me to "hang out" with him on friday. We went to a movie..we're friends but we've never done anything together outside of tennis. Even thought he did not try anything with you, thst doesnt mean that he doesnt like you. who knows, he may be thinking the same thing you are and did not want to try anything with you not knowing if you felt the same way or not. To me it sounds as if it was just a friendly date it could be more next time. First you need to figure out how you feel about him and then ask him when your positive about your feelings and take it from there and you can ask me anything if you have any furhter questions

No you dont sound dumb. People are always going to be judged by their friends. Do you know the saying 'Birds of a feather flock together"? well it means that people who are alike and have similar qualities hang out together and do the same thing. so you're always going to get judged this way. As long as you do not do what they do and have a mind of your own, continue on to habg around with your friends because people are always going to judge you no matter what.

well, you basically need 2 change yourself. stop being shy and become more bold and outspoken. go shopping for a new wardrobe. and dont always do all the talking, take turns, you listen and the person talks and vica versa, its all about 50 50 here. you need to present yourself differently and boost your self-esteem and confidence. but at the same time remember: dont do anything to make yourself feel comfortable, do not exceed your limits

14/f. I've read on the internet the signs of having depression. I fit many of them. Though I do not ALWAYS feel depressed and hopeless, it comes often. Certain things in my life have caused me pain, and then there's other times where I just feel horribly down, yet I can't point it to any certain cause at all. I don't feel close enough to either of my parents or anybody..come to think of it that I could tell about me having this problem. Yet, I do think that me getting help is a good idea, because I've become very close to doing something drastic more than once. Is there reason to suspect that I really do have a depression problem, or is it just teenage hormones? Is there a way for me to get help? (link)

I like know how you feel(i feel the exact same way right now, trust me) and want you to know that i somwetimes wonder the same things. even though you may feel like u want to do something drastic to yourself, dont. its not worth it. you need to feel strong for yourself and even though it may feel like a never-ending feeling, it will end and if you need to cry and scream but also write your feelings down on a piece of paper and then just rip it up in the end, so it will feel like you are rippng up your depression and feelings.
Its not just one problem that has caused you pain, its all of them and that's why you can't pin-point it to just 1. its all just a mixture. if you dont feel like you can talk to anybody then (even though it may seem weird)have a convo with yourself, you can write it down or like go on the computer and IM yourself. it may seem crazy but i do it and it helps me get through my depression sometimes.
a lot of people go through this so you're not alone in this because im here going through it too. you can get counseling online and you can talk to me, if you want. but just remember, DONT DO ANYTHING DRASTIC please. hope i helped, even if a little :) SMILE :(

yes this is very normal. its a spontaneous erection and it happens, like you said, when your not thinking about anything close to sexual. its all a normal part of growing up.it will eventually pass.

I have another question, earlier i asked one about breaking up with my boyfriend and still likeing him and we became friends with benefits. well we were both were virgins and lost are virginities together. Oh My Gosh!! are you serious. well i think you should tell your parents and contact the proper authorities so they can arrest this guy. this is so serious, but i know that you dont want to get killed or anything but you need to take action. maybe you can slip an adult in school (like a guidance counselor or teacher, etc.) a note but like play if off and act like your asking about h.w or something so he doesnt know, but make -sure that person keeps their mouth shut to not endanger your life. im really so sorry this happened to you, i really am. it must have been so traumatic 4 you to go thruogh that, i wish you the best of luck.
