There's a guy on my tennis team who recently *thursday* asked me to "hang out" with him on friday. We went to a movie..we're friends but we've never done anything together outside of tennis. Was it a date? I'm not sure if he likes me bc he didn't really try anything-at all. I'm nervous to ask him because I'm not sure I really like him so I don't want to send him the wrong message by asking. Help?

if he asked you, to me it seemed like he liked you. i know its going to feel weird doing this but try it, what could go wrong, just ask him over for a movie (or something like that) and see if he makes the moves on you. if he says no then he might just wanna be friends

Even thought he did not try anything with you, thst doesnt mean that he doesnt like you. who knows, he may be thinking the same thing you are and did not want to try anything with you not knowing if you felt the same way or not. To me it sounds as if it was just a friendly date it could be more next time. First you need to figure out how you feel about him and then ask him when your positive about your feelings and take it from there and you can ask me anything if you have any furhter questions
