you're not doing anythign run. Your body is just not used to it, after a while the soreness will go away.
However, to prevent soreness, take potassium supplements, or bananas after you run. Also try to get in some glutamine, which can be found in whey protein drink. Also remember to stretch your legs throughout the remainder of the day after running. If you do this, you should be a lot less sore the next day, or not sore at all.

I put a video on youtube of me dancing, but i took it off. A ton of people saw it- and this one guy told a bunch of people that it was a video of me STRIPPIPNG! Then this one girl who was told that told EVERYONE else! Now everyone in my dance studio thinks i'm some stripper whore.
What can I do about this? i feel terrible and guilty. and i'm not even a stripper!
If your dance studio thinks you're a stripper whore, show them the video so they can see for themselves. That way, they will realize that the dancing you did was not stripping.

background info: ryan is 6 years older than me and i am the godmother of his daughter grace. Ryan is always there for me when i need him and his daughter continues to be the reason im here. He's married and totally dedicated to his wife. promise.
situation: mom went behind my back and got my hours switched at work so that i cant be here for graces 2nd birthday. Grace and ryans wife are on vacation at the moment and arent coming back until the 1st. we had it planned so where we were gone for two weeks and coming back on the first too. and i would be here for her birthday on the 4th of july.
the original plan was to have the last week in june off and work the first week of july. mom got it switched. and they are forcing me to go to alabama with them and miss my goddaughters birthday. thats how much they hate ryan and his family. i still got grace this adorable outfit, but i dont know how im going to get it to her because they wont let me have contact with any of their family. i used to have him come over to the house to talk with me when mom and dad werent home (like last summer) but i work now so im never home alone. (when he came over, he brought his wife too.)

I can tell you that if you do get caught in it, it could completely destroy your body. I've heard a tornado can fling the softest of objects through a metal.
As for a hurricane, if you are in the eye of the hurricane, everything will seem very peaceful. It'll be like the storm is over. However, that is only because you are in the eye, which is the center and most calm part of the storm. Once the hurricane moves a bit more, it gets very violent. This is why during a hurricane, if it seems like its over, you still should not go outside.

Talk to your mom about it and try to find a middle ground. Since he is your step dad, you should respect him. However, he is not your father so he does not really have the right to "control" your life. Tell your mom what is going on. Be respectufl about it though, don't just spazz out. To get a stomach like that with nice abs, you need to eat healthy, as in actually eat, and exercise.
I'd recommend running a mile every other day followed by 200 crunches in 2 sets of 100.

I never drank before yesterday but my friend had a bottle of gordans london dry gin and i took i big mouthful and swallowed it at once. I felt really sick and was about to throw up. It tasted like wood and my throat was all tensed up. I looked on the back of the bottle and it said 40% vol something. Am I allergic to alcohol or is gordans gin just strong? This is a repeated conflict between my husband and I. I was raised that whoever has the most means should pay; he was raised that the parent always pays, no matter what. We have two small children and a very busy lifestyle. My dad is retired (divorced and alone) and comes over for dinner often. i hope this doesnt offend anyone. my family is catholic, but i live in a place where almost everyone is baptist. all my friends go to this one really huge baptist church. and i guess at this church they believe that catholics arent really christians and wont go to heaven. i know people have different beliefs and im fine with that. but sometimes people will say stuff that really hurts me. like once i was showing my friend and her mom my baby pictures and there was a picture of me in my baptism gown. and her mom started telling me how my church is wrong to baptize babies, and how shes so glad her daughter was baptised the "right" way. and then last night i was at a sleepover and there was this girl there that i didnt know. she asked me what church i go to and when i told her, she said "oh. well, catholics arent the strongest christians." there was this big silence and no one said anything for a long time, and i didnt know what to say. i dont blame people for believing what their church and family teaches them, but i dont understand why they have to say mean things that would hurt someone. and i dont know how i should react when people say that kind of thing to me. has anyone been through something like this? and how did you handle it?
Those people should shut up. They're being a lot less christian than you are for saying things like that. They're proud of their religion, not proud of their god. Ignore what they say. If they annoy you too much, tell them that you respect their beliefs and don't say bad things about christianity, and you would like the same in return.

It's not always a christian thing. It's just that christianity is a major world religion, and arguably one of the most influential religions in the world, thereby making it a easy target. There are some conspiracy theories that target other religions such as Judaism.
Conspiracies are all bullshit, ignore them. Just because there were 245 people on flight 83 and 2+4+5=11 and 8+3=11 doesn't mean it's evidence for a conspiracy theory.
