exercise - all that important? does anyone have any success stories on how exercise has affected their lives?

Three months ago I was at 355lbs. I'm at 275lbs simply from walking 3-5 miles everyday (and eating healthy), and still losing. I have more energy, I feel great. ]
It gave me a six pack, increased my self esteem, and got me a lot of chicks ]
I could tell you so many stories!
but this is the most important:
When I was 9 and in 4th grade I was obese and I hated myself and was always mad at myself. Then I took up figure skating, and I seriously lost so much weight so fast it wasn't even funny. Because of the endorphins (chemicals that make you feel good- released through exercise) flowing in my bloodstream i was pretty much always happy! I got in extremely good shape, and felt better about myself.
so YES- exercise is one of the most important things in life!
