so what you need to do:
-eat about 1000-1200 calories a day,
-do some form of cardio for 2-3 hours a day. (dance, swimming, running ect.)
-then AFTER you do the cardio, you can do situps like theyre suggesting.
dont cut junk food out of your diet, because then youll only crave it more. instead you can still eat it, just in moderation.
after you reach what you want to look like, stay on the same kind of diet, but eat 1800 calories a day OR do cardio 1-2 hours. that wasy you can keep the body you have w/out over doing it. [ KellyHappy's advice column | Ask KellyHappy A Question ]
easilyfixed answered Saturday June 23 2007, 11:09 am: Well, first off, you can change the way you eat.
Work on eating 5 fruits and vegetables a day. Replace snack foods with healthier stuff. like whole grain snacks (Fig Newtons are good, Whole-Grain Weatthins, etc). Whole grains are another important part for healthy eating. They're the good kind of carbs. They also have a very wide selection on Whole Grain Cereals like Cheerios and Life. Try eating those.
Workout? Start off by riding your bike or going for a 30 minute jog for your cardio. Then try Jumping Jacks, around 20. There are a few good "core" excersises you can do too. I suggest buying SEVENTEEN magazine. They have really good excersises in there.
What i would do is 60 situps per day. then try doing some pushups as well.
XoXoXoXo77 answered Saturday June 23 2007, 12:46 am: do a lot of sit ups. dont only do them straight up but do them to the sides too so you can work the side part of your stomach too. good luck! [ XoXoXoXo77's advice column | Ask XoXoXoXo77 A Question ]
ebilgir_ answered Friday June 22 2007, 11:33 pm: work out, like do 25 sit-ups (not crunches), and work your way up each night, along with a few other exercises, you can find some online.
I don't know a fast way of losing weight, but good exercise and eating ONLY healthy foods (preferably only fresh veggies and meat, when factories process things, they add unnecessary fats, sugars, and preservatives).
